AMANAH ACEH’s Products Help Liven Up PON XXI
Aceh – The 21st National Sports Week (PON) currently taking place in Aceh and North Sumatra, was also enlivened by products fostered by Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat (AMANAH) through tenants displaying various souvenirs typical of Aceh. These products attracted the attention of many visitors, especially because of their creative and youthful designs, but still depicting the characteristics of Acehnese culture.
Nasya Nazmah, one of the visitors to the AMANAH booth, expressed her joy when she saw the various products on display. “I’m so happy to be able to visit the AMANAH booth. There are many cool items here with typical Acehnese motifs such as Malahayati, the Sabang Kilometer Zero monument, and other traditional arts and cultures,” said Nasya. She added that the design makes products such as drinking cups, fans, book covers, and key chains very attractive.
Not only that, Nasya also stated that she really likes accessory products such as bracelets and tote bags because of their unique and interesting designs. “If the most favorite, I like the bracelet, but I also like the tote bag. The design is very interesting and fits the style of young people,” she said.
In addition to accessory products, the AMANAH booth also offers products from Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) from Aceh, especially food and beverages. According to Nasya, the presence of these MSME products indicates that business development in Aceh is increasingly advanced. “AMANAH is very good because it accommodates young people in Aceh to work, so that they can become a great and superior generation in the future,” he added.
AMANAH’s fostered products, including 22 types of goods exhibited at the XXI PON Expo at Blang Padang Field, Banda Aceh, are considered suitable as souvenirs for PON contingents from various regions in Indonesia. By participating in this event, AMANAH also promotes Acehnese culture while empowering local MSMEs.
This initiative is also supported by President Joko Widodo’s flagship program which provides training and product packaging facilities through the Packaging House at the AMANAH Building, Aceh Besar.
