Appreciating 10 Years of Jokowi, the Public Supports and Welcomes Prabowo with New Hopes
Jakarta — The administration of President Joko Widodo has entered its 10th year, and the public is showing high appreciation for the various achievements that have been made. Amid various ongoing development programs, the Indonesian people are now enthusiastically welcoming the transition of government to the leadership of elected President Prabowo Subianto. The hope is that Prabowo can continue the national development that has been laid down by President Jokowi, so that the Indonesian nation can progress even further.
In order to strengthen this transition process, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), also attended the Plenary Cabinet Meeting held in the Nusantara Capital (IKN) along with Ministers and Heads of Agencies of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. This meeting focused on discussing the leadership transition from President Joko Widodo to the elected President Prabowo Subianto.
AHY emphasized the importance of this Plenary Cabinet Meeting as a strategic step in ensuring a smooth transition. “The Plenary Cabinet Meeting discusses various strategic matters, particularly regarding the leadership transition from President Joko Widodo to the Elected President, Mr. Prabowo Subianto.” “This is important, a phase that we need to oversee together,” said AHY.
On that occasion, AHY also emphasized the importance of preparation in the ministry he leads. He ensured that his team had prepared a baseline to be handed over to the new government, including the implementation of agrarian reform, which has been one of the main priorities of the ATR/BPN Ministry during Jokowi’s administration. This serves as a concrete step to ensure that the strategic programs that have been underway can be continued by the new government.
“I am continuing to strive to complete tasks and achieve targets until October 2024.” “It is important to know which ones are already on track, which have achieved good results so that they can be continued,” added AHY.
The leadership transition process scheduled for October 20 is expected to proceed smoothly and successfully. I hope that not only in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, but also across all elements of the government, every transition process can be carried out optimally so that the elected President Prabowo Subianto can continue the programs that still require attention and improvement.
The agrarian reform program has become one of the important achievements to be handed over to the new government, with the hope that this program can be continued to provide a broader impact on society, especially in terms of legal certainty regarding land ownership.
With a strong sense of optimism, the public hopes that the elected President Prabowo Subianto can continue the positive legacy that has been established by President Joko Widodo. Various achievements in infrastructure, economic policies, and bureaucratic reforms serve as a strong foundation for national development in the future.
In the spirit of sustainability, the Indonesian nation stands tall to welcome a new era of governance with the hope that the transition process will proceed smoothly, leading Indonesia towards a better direction. The development in the National Capital City (IKN) that is progressing rapidly has become a symbol of the commitment to sustainable development that can be maintained and enhanced by the new government.
As a united nation, Indonesia is now looking forward to a new chapter in its history, with the belief that a strong foundation will lead to a bright future under the leadership of the elected President Prabowo Subianto.
