It seems that seeing religious issues that have always been filed by both partners, the Leadership Council of the Aceh Dai Association chaired by Tgk Marsyuddin Ishak wants to take part in a democratic party for president and vice presidential elections for the 2019-2024 period by proposing a Koran reading test for both candidates and candidates the vice president will be held at Baiturrahman Grand Mosque, Banda Aceh, on January 15, 2019. As an organization that focuses on the development of da’wah and syiar Islam, it wants to take part in the democratic party for president and vice presidential elections for the 2019-2024 period and proposals to ending the polemic about Islamic candidates and minimizing identity politics already carried out by supporters of the two candidate pairs. The Koran reading test actually does not exist in the election law or the KPU Regulation (PKPU), but if the presidential and vice-presidential candidates want to be present at the Koran’s reading test to convince the Acehnese people, then it does not matter.

For those who have supported Jokowi since 2014, they understand well about Pak Jokowi’s Islam, there is no need to doubt that he is a Muslim. It is indeed not a cleric, but surely, if you just read the Qur’an, he once wrote Bismillah in Arabic. On the contrary, the National Winning Body (BPN) Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno claimed to respect the Koran reading test invitation for the presidential candidates from the Aceh Dai Association. But, Prabowo is said to be more happy to hear tausiah from scholars to strengthen the faith and science because they feel uncomfortable with people who have higher religious knowledge.

Uniquely the presidential stronghold supported by the cleric’s ulama and the 212 reunion answered with a far different statement. Whereas in fact it is not a religion of science which of course people understand that both Jokowi and Prabowo are both not scholars. But generally as a Muslim can read the Qur’an even though it may not be so smooth, not as good as the santri or ustad but of course we can understand it and can be an opportunity to prove whether anti-Islamic and Christian accusations that have been addressed to the two candidate pairs are true or not. Another reason filed by the Prabowo-Sandi camp is that each pair of presidential and vice presidential candidates will focus more on the debate of candidates on 17 January 2019 by presenting issues related to substance programs, economic issues, about the needs of the community that are currently difficult for the community and declaring BPN Spokesman Prabowo-Sandi, Sodik Mudjahid considered that the Koran reading test was irrelevant because the most important thing was knowing and understanding and practicing the contents of the holy book. Just as when La Nyalla challenged Prabowo to become an imam of prayer or reciting short verses or Al Fatihah, the challenge was answered by Prabowo by acknowledging that he really could not be a prayer priest, his religious knowledge was lacking. After that, in the weeks of Christmas, photos and videos circulated on Prabowo’s social media, which were like celebrating Christmas. Although then the rebuttal for rebuttal was made by Prabowo’s camp.

Why are the presidential candidates chosen based on the ulema’s decrees rejected in the Al-Qur’an reading test? Because we all know if the invitation of Da’i Aceh to the presidential and vice presidential candidates to read the Qur’an is something natural, this is because all candidates are both Muslims and at the same time to answer the polemic regarding allegations about Islam from the two candidates. If the timses and Jokowi agreed to invite the Aceh da’i ties to the Al-Qur’an reading test, then why did Prabowo Subianto’s question reject them for various reasons? Could it be that Prabowo’s fear was feared if the presidential candidate carried and claimed by the choice of Muslims could not read the Qur’an? if so, then what is the responsibility of the scholars who recommended Prabowo to be chosen by Muslims?

One sermon that we always know, “who sows him who will reap.” Now, we know which groups have often brought religion for political purposes. Who attacked Jokowi difinah PKI, his mother was non-Islamic and Jokowi’s Islam was in doubt. Indeed, all this time I personally have been fed up with the politicization of religion that was shown by the opposition. We still remember how rotten and cruel it was when the DKI Jakarta regional election. When there are candidates for governors not from Islam, they are the sellers of religion so aggressively absorb it. They have the heart to sell Heaven and Nerka, even if they threaten if there are Muslims who choose non-Muslim cagub, then their body will not be broken. Even more powerful those who choose non-Muslims are threatened with entering Hell only because of different political choices. It could be this is KARMA from God. Your presidential and vice presidential candidates who are selected based on the results of the volumes of clerics who turned out not to agree to be tested to read the Qur’an. And again the supporters who have been shouting for religion and defending the Qur’an can only be silent and pretend to know nothing. In fact, we can see that political scholars, political clerics and religious masked humans are only silent when the presidential and vice presidential candidates are not willing to be invited to the Koran reading test. Remember karma exists and God does not sleep on it all. What you do can be immediately repaid in the life of the world, no need to wait in the afterlife. Hopefully the people will be more intelligent in addressing all this because we know who has only been using religion as a rotten political goal.
