Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – Palangka Raya just passed smog disaster that levels of air pollution are categorized as extremely dangerous a few months ago.
Recovery after smog disaster, recently the government of Palangka Raya gave free milk to the students in Palangka Raya.
69.935 students ranging from kindergarten level (kindergarten), primary school (elementary school/SD), a secondary school (High School), and the Vocational middle school (SMK) in the city of Palangka Raya got free milk from the goverment.
This is sharing project of the regional disaster management Agency (BPBD) of Palangka Raya, education service (Disdik) of Palangka Raya, Department of health (Health Office) of Palangka Raya, and financial and Asset Management Areas (BPKD) Palangka Raya.
“In order, the children who had suffered in smog disaster, the condition of the body can be neutralising with drink milk,” said Vice-mayor of Palangka Raya Mofit Saptono as quote in Kalteng Pos, Tuesday (17/11/2015).
