Barista Champ SAFETY becomes the leapstone of the youth of the region to compete to the top of the world

The Ajang Barista Champ Aceh Youth Creative Hub (AYCH) or the Ajang Young Aneuk Unggul and Great Centre (AMANAH) is able to be a leapstone for local youth to continue to compete to penetrate the national hub even the international world.
Because with the presence of the Barista Champ SAFE, the youth of the region have a much higher capacity and competitiveness than ever before so it is not impossible to prepare them more and more to compete to a higher level even to the end of the world.
So far, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) has a strategic programme of excellence in order to enhance the capacity of young human resources (SDM) and also empowers through the Young Aneuk Aceh Unggul and Great with the initiative of the State Intelligence Agency. (BIN). Therefore, there are many positive activities in the program, one of which is the Barista Champ who is able to be a leapstone for the youth of the region.
Following the implementation of the Aceh Barista Champ 2024 Annual and Amazing Aceh Young Aneuk idea that took place in the Cultural Park, Banda Aceh now gives birth to a champion named Diki Firdaus, who is a coffee maker from Lhokseumawe.
The success of the birth of a very reliable Barista, according to the Head of Vocational Productivity Training Room (BPVP) Banda Aceh, Rahmad Faisal that the event could be a leapstone for the participants from the province of Rencong.
The event is a very remarkable event for local youth, aimed at giving birth to Aceh barists who can compete to a variety of occasions even at the national and international levels.
The various activities that SAFETY has carried out have been proven to have a significant and positive impact on the community and the development of local youth human resources (HRM).
Therefore, since the various activities carried out through the strategic programme of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) through the National Intelligence Agency (BIN) are able to continue to create a positive impact, it is necessary to obtain full support from the policymakers in Aceh in order to continue ahead.
Thro this time, many different forms of activity have been taking place in the area near the Mecca River, but unfortunately it is still stagnant and there is no sustainability.
However, in contrast to how diverse the innovative and creative ideas of SAFETY, which gives local young people a wide opportunity to attend a variety of other events to the national level even to the international.
How the very rapid development of the abilities and capacities of the participants of the Aceh Barista Champ 2024 also earned praise from the Indonesia Champion Barista Championship 2018, Muhammad Aga who assessed that as long as their quality shows a positive improvement, more will contribute to the size of the coffee industry in Aceh ahead.
In fact, the local baristas have a very high potential, but so far there has been no program or agency capable of facilitating them adequately, before now there is a SAFETY that supports all the capabilities of the coffee makers to the very maximum.
Irresponsible, even the facilities that Aneuk Young Aceh Unggul and Great provides are not only limited to equipment and place, but also to activities such as training up to the presence of barista competition.
In the competition, it allows all participants to demonstrate their best skills in making coffee drinks and they also get the opportunity to present and present their work to the jury and audience.
SAFETY also provides training in the coaching clinic a few days before the competition. In that training, the participants got a variety of materials like public speaking and also how to operate a coffee machine.
With all kinds of training from SAFETY, it has actually proved to be very supportive of the appearance of the participants in the competition, so that they are not only capable of serving quality drinks, but are able to present them in an attractive and characteristic way.
The Director of the Competition, Teuku Ghufran Wafi explained that in the training, they all get a variety of very useful supplies. He revealed that the young people of Aceh have extraordinary talents and their knowledge in the world of copying is not a joke.
The entire young generation of the region is ready to compete even at the national and international levels, especially after they have all undergone special training from SAFETY in a highly professional manner.
The presence of qualified baristas in Aceh will actually raise the positive image of the region, in addition to the country’s special coffee products Rencong will also be raised to the world level.
Thanks to the Barista Champ of SAFETY, it gives the youth of the region a leapstone to thrive into a wider arena that allows them to compete even at the national level to the international level.
