Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – This year, the province of Central Kalimantan (Kalteng) got cash flow IDR 24,018 trillion from the Central Government. According to Assistant III Regional Secretariat (Setda) Kalteng, I Ketut Widhi, the Fund covers the overall budget of the provincial government, municipal government and the District Government in all-Central Kalimantan, as well as the existing vertical establishments across the territories of Central Kalimantan.
When symbolically giving, the checklist of implementation of budget (DIPA) 2016 to the ranks of the provincial government, municipal government and the District Government/vertical establishments all-Central Kalimantan, in Bappeda Kalteng Hall.
Widhi present representing the Regional Secretary (Sekda) Siun Jarias, said, the total allocations of funds transfer to the area for the provincial and regency/city in Central Kalimantan is IDR 17,598 trillion.
It consists of a general allocation Fund (DAU) of IDR 10,009 trillion, special allocation Fund (DAK) physical IDR 2,048 trillion and IDR 1,722 Trillion nonphysical DAK.
“Then adding by funds for results (DBH) tax of IDR 733,581 billion, DBH of natural resources (SDA) of IDR 1,748 trillion, and the village Fund amounted to IDR 904,371 billion,” said Widhi.
Then there is a budget allocation fund is managed through a Central Office (KP) and regional offices (KD) of IDR 5,368 trillion. It comprises DIPA KP IDR 1.726 trillion and IDR DIPA KD 3.642 trillion.
Furthermore, there is a funding allocation of State Budget that run by provincial government and District Government through list field in the implementation of the budget (DIPA) Fund de-concentration (DK),and assistant job (TP) and joint Affairs (UB). The funding is IDR 1,052 trillion, consisting of DIPA DK IDR 284,162 billion, DIPA TP IDR 732,110 billion, and DIPA UB IDR 35,964 billion.
The Acting Governor of Central Kalimantan, Hadi Prabowo remind all officials at the level of provincial government and district/city who attend, in order to utilize these funds to encourage economic growth and equity.
“We hope can be implemented properly, the right goals, the right program, the right benefits, and orderly administration. The goal is economic growth, balanced, equitable and pressing numbers of unemployment,” he explained.
The Development challenge in Central Kalimantan is not easy. For this year, by the targeted growth of 7-8%, has reached 6.6% only. The unemployment rate is still in range about 5.94%. Future, the Acting Governor’s wish jobless can be pressed up to a maximum of 4%. [CF]
