AMANAH Cup 2024: Accommodating the Interests and Talents of Acehnese Youth in the Field of Sports

Aceh – Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent Great (AMANAH) Cup 2024, was held again with great enthusiasm. This tournament succeeded in attracting dozens of teams from various regions in Aceh, proving that this program is more than just a competition, but also an important platform to channel the interests and talents of Acehnese youth in futsal and basketball.Deputy Chairperson of Perbasi Aceh, Nawalul Faizin even appreciated Amanah’s activities which were considered very beneficial for high school children in Aceh.“AMANAH’s activities are very beneficial for high school students. AMANAH embraces young people in Aceh,” said Nawalul Faizin.He is also optimistic about the development of basketball in Aceh through the 2024 AMANAH Cup.”I feel that the potential for sports, especially basketball in Aceh, will be better and the quality of the players will be good in the future. “This event also makes young people’s activities positive and they can avoid online gambling and drugs,” he stressed.It is hoped that Amanah’s activities will not only advance the sport of basketball in Aceh but also play a role in forming a better and healthier character for the younger generation.”AMANAH Cup 2024 provides a golden opportunity for young Acehnese people to hone their skills. This program is an important first step in preparing quality athletes,” continued Nawalul Faizin.Meanwhile, SMAN 7 Banda Aceh Futsal Team Coach, Roki Alfajri Putra, expressed his enthusiasm for the 2024 AMANAH Cup.”Today’s activity will definitely be exciting because there are lots of supporters. “Continue, this (tournament) created by AMANAH is better because it supports all supporters to be allowed to attend,” said Roki Alfajri Putra.Roki hopes that tournaments like this will continue to be held by AMANAH in the future to further develop students’ talents and interests in sports. “Hopefully in the future AMANAH will always be there to hold tournaments like this so that in the future the high schools here will develop even more. “Futsal in Aceh is quite popular because many young people play futsal,” he said.This initiative was initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) and is part of the government’s strategic program to develop sports potential among high school students and the equivalent through events held by AMANAH.
