AMANAH Private Coaching by President Jokowi, Exclusively Guiding Youth to Become Classy Businesspeople

ACEH The Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great (AMANAH) program again presents the latest initiative aimed at empowering Aceh’s young generation in the business sector. One of the activities that attracted the most attention was Private Coaching Business: Develop Your Perfume Branding, where participants received exclusive guidance in developing a typical Acehnese perfume brand. This activity was organized by AMANAH, a program initiated by President Jokowi through the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), and focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills for Acehnese youth.

One of the participants, Alvieonnie Niken Maharani, said that the session provided many benefits, especially in forming the right mentality and business mindset.

“So earlier we carried out an activity mentored by Coach Faran, where we discussed three important things, namely mentality, behavior and mindset,” said Alvieonnie Niken Maharani, a coaching participant.

According to him, these three aspects are very important for business success, especially in a competitive world like the perfume industry.

In this Private Coaching session, participants were divided into five groups, each with the task of developing a detailed business concept.

The training session, which lasted for two hours, had a significant impact on the participants.

Dr. Faransyah, the mentor who led the training, gave a positive assessment of the creativity and enthusiasm shown by the participants. In his statement, he stated that the coaching participants this time were the best and had great potential to bring products to a wider market.

“Even though it only took two hours, we held a coaching session with five groups. This session was called a Coaching Clinic, and I saw that the friends who were selected were indeed the best. The hope is that they can bring a good name to Aceh. The hope for the future is “They can prove that with the right learning methodology, they can be successful,” said Dr. Faransyah.

Dr. Faransyah also highlighted three important aspects that will support the success of participants in business, namely creativity, resilience and diversification.

“First, I want to emphasize that my friends’ creativity is very prominent. Second, resilience; high enthusiasm is always visible in every step taken. Lastly, diversification; I see not only in Banda Aceh City, but from almost all corners of Aceh, cohesiveness “is an important aspect that supports success. Hopefully this togetherness will continue and bring Aceh’s MSMEs into superior business models or products in the future,” he added.

This Private Coaching activity not only teaches theory, but also provides the opportunity for participants to directly practice the knowledge they have learned.

One of the other participants, Muhammad Rizaldi, said that this coaching session helped him understand more deeply about how to run a perfume business professionally. Apart from that, it is also directed at making solid business proposals as a basis for future business development.

“Incidentally, we are currently holding a private coaching session with Coach Faran, where we have gained a lot of knowledge, especially about how to run a business properly and correctly, as well as how we behave in business. We have also learned about how to change and adjust our mentality, our behavior and mindset for the future so that our business can run smoothly,” said Rizaldi.

He also added that the participants had been directed to carry out product sample tests, especially to choose the best perfume variant that could be developed further. After going through this process, participants will focus on product promotion and apply the strategies learned from this training session.

Private Coaching Business: Develop Your Perfume Branding is an important first step in forming a strong and creative generation of young Acehnese entrepreneurs. Through the AMANAH program, Aceh is expected to be able to produce more classy business people who are able to compete in national and international markets
