Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Hebat (AMANAH) continues to strengthen its role as an organization that focuses on developing the talents and creativity of Acehnese youth through various training programs.

Various activities organized by AMANAH strive to provide practical skills and knowledge that are in accordance with the needs of the times, so that Acehnese youth can play an active role in economic, social and cultural development.

AMANAH presents various training programs covering various fields, including waiter training for deaf friends and a technology-based micro-business development event, Aceh Digital Innovation and Creativity Techfest (ADICT).

One of the most interesting training programs is the waiter training for deaf friends. This program is designed to provide opportunities for people with disabilities, especially deaf friends, so that they can enter the workforce with adequate skills.

The training was led by Normansyah, an experienced instructor who has long been involved in inclusive education. Through Normansyah’s guidance, training participants were not only taught waiter skills, but also given an understanding of professional service standards in the service industry.

The main goal of this training is to create a more inclusive work environment, where deaf colleagues can contribute with equal expertise to their colleagues.

This waiter training for deaf friends was also attended by Harris Vriza, a young actor from Aceh. Harris, who has been active in various social activities, was directly involved in this training program.

For him, his involvement is not only as a participant, but also as a supporter of increasing public awareness about the importance of disability inclusion in the workforce. Harris’ presence in this program has a positive impact, where more public attention is focused on the importance of providing fair opportunities for deaf friends in pursuing careers in the service sector.

Meanwhile, AMANAH also held another event that was no less important, namely the Aceh Digital Innovation and Creativity Techfest (ADICT). Unlike the waiter training for deaf friends, ADICT focuses on developing micro-businesses by utilizing digital technology.

The event is designed as a platform for Acehnese youth to learn how to integrate technology into their small and medium enterprises. In ADICT, participants are encouraged to utilize e-commerce, social media, and other digital technologies to expand market share and improve the competitiveness of their products at the national and global levels.

ADICT presents various resource persons who are experts in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship, one of whom is Muammaf Khadafi, a mentor in developing digital-based micro-businesses.

Khadafi gave the view that technology is a key factor in accelerating economic growth, especially for micro-entrepreneurs in Aceh. According to him, with a good understanding of the use of digital platforms, local entrepreneurs can improve their operational efficiency and expand their marketing reach.

This training provides participants with practical knowledge that can be directly applied in their business, as well as providing greater opportunities to compete in an increasingly competitive market.

With these two flagship programs, AMANAH has proven its capacity as a flexible organization in meeting the needs of Acehnese youth in various fields.

The waiter training for deaf friends emphasizes inclusivity in the workplace, while ADICT focuses on the development of micro-enterprises based on digital technology. Both are on different paths, but have the same goal: to empower Acehnese youth to stand on their own two feet and contribute more to the economic and social development of their region.

AMANAH realizes that the challenges faced by Acehnese youth today are very complex and diverse. Therefore, by presenting various training programs that are specific and tailored to local needs, AMANAH not only provides solutions to these problems, but also creates an ecosystem that supports the development of youth talent and creativity in various sectors. This organization does not only focus on one field, but seeks to cover various aspects of skills development, from technical skills to digital innovation.

AMANAH’s success in organizing programs such as waiter training and ADICT is also inseparable from collaboration with various competent figures in their fields.

Normansyah, Harris Vriza, and Muammaf Khadafi are real examples of collaboration that strengthens these programs, where their presence brings added value and high motivation to the participants. Through this diverse approach, AMANAH continues to play an important role in producing superior and great Acehnese youth, as its name suggests.

In the next few years, by continuing to expand the reach of its programs, AMANAH is predicted to increasingly become the vanguard in producing a quality young generation in Aceh.

It is hoped that young people who have benefited from these trainings will not only be able to develop their potential, but also become drivers of positive change in their environment, whether through the micro-business sector, service industry, or in other fields.
