The government has been very optimal in all its efforts to improve the quality of human resources owned by all people of Cenderawasih Earth, not only that, but efforts to improve welfare for all people in Papua have also been carried out very optimally.
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) under the leadership of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has a very strong commitment to be able to continue to strengthen various sectors in Papua, from agriculture, livestock to fisheries in the eastern region of the country.
In fact, the Head of State himself has repeatedly made many working visits which he attended directly to Cenderawasih Earth to provide encouragement and motivation for all developers so that all sectors can run as expected, namely being able to further improve the welfare of the people in the Land. Papua through the utilization of the natural potential that exists there.
Because, it is absolutely undeniable that the Land of Papua is a land and region that has very abundant wealth, ranging from natural resource wealth (SDA), to including a large wealth of human resources (HR).
Thus, it is also very important for various parties including the Government of Indonesia to be able to further develop and encourage the advancement of natural resources to the human resources owned by the people of Cenderawasih Earth. So far, the government itself has had many strategies and programs to make this happen.
With the existence of Waibu Agro Edu Tourism which belongs to the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) assisted by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), the community is able to maximize the use of quality corn seeds, which in the future it is hoped that the yield of the corn harvest will also increase significantly and bring better economic benefits to local farmers and reduce their dependence on imports.
Meanwhile, one of the manifestations of the great commitment that the Government of Indonesia has to continue to boost the welfare of all Papuans is by holding the Papua Street Carnival event. With the existence of the people’s party it is clear that it is able to open various kinds of opportunities for the youth there.
Opportunities that have been optimally presented by the Government of Indonesia through this event will also be able to become a very useful opportunity to further improve the welfare of the people in Cenderawasih Earth, so that there is a target that as many as 4.4 million jobs will be opened there and soon realized for real.
President Jokowi himself so far has been very optimal in developing the Land of Papua, not only in terms of infrastructure that continues to be developed for various kinds of facilities and infrastructure, but the government also realizes how important development is for human resources in society.
The aim of all development in Cenderawasih Earth is of course none other than being able to replace the development paradigm that has been applied so far in Indonesia, which still seems very Java-centric and then changed to become Indonesia-centric.
In order to be able to continue to optimize the empowerment and development of human resources in Papua, the government is indeed focusing on how to develop all the talents and talents possessed by the youth there. Therefore, the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) building was built and inaugurated, which was initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) and they also became mentors and coaches for the nation’s next generation.
According to the Head of State, it is hoped that the existence of the PYCH Building which is intended for young people in Bumi Cenderawasih will become a center of creativity and can continue to encourage increased welfare and progress for all people in the Land of Papua.
Because, inside the building, all parties and the youth there were given a very large and wide space so they were given the same opportunity. Because it is absolutely undeniable that in fact the youth on Earth of Cenderawasih themselves have enormous opportunities.
This creates an opportunity for the Land of Papua as well as for the youth there to be able to compete much more optimally, even on the world stage. It is also hoped that the PYCH Building assisted by BIN will be able to provide increased welfare for the community and proper human resource development there.
Optimization of increasing welfare and also development for human resources (HR) in the Land of Papua is indeed being intensified by the Government of Indonesia, especially during the era of President Jokowi’s leadership with various strategies and programs, including the maximum assistance from the State Intelligence Agency (BNI). BIN) makes all visions and missions come true.
