The security forces of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) emphasized that they will continue to uphold neutrality and also uphold synergy between all parties, especially after the implementation of the democratic party and political contestation in the 2024 General Election (Pemilu).
The Chief of Military Regional Staff (Kasdam) V / Brawijaya, Brigadier General of the Indonesian National Army (Brigjen TNI) Endro Satoto, told all soldiers to continue to uphold their neutrality in the 2024 Election and also be able to ensure that various forms of violations do not occur.
This is because at this time, the stages of the General Election or General Election itself are still ongoing until the inauguration day of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia on October 20 2024.
All security forces have an obligation to maintain national stability with a full sense of responsibility for security for all people in Indonesia.
Not only that, but it is also important for all parties, including soldiers from the security forces and also the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), not to be easily provoked by several issues spreading in the digital world or on social media, especially if the issues are provocative.
The reason is, it cannot be denied that even though the General Election has been completed, there are still many hoaxes or fake news that are deliberately disseminated by irresponsible parties because they want to take advantage of the still heated political situation with the aim of being able to divide this nation. .
Therefore, each party should be able to protect each other so that they are not provoked so that the goals of groups who want to divide the nation do not happen and this nation remains solid.
The Indonesian National Army (TNI) in terms of maintaining the unity and unity of this nation after the democratic party, they also continue to optimize synergy with the Indonesian National Police (Polri), as well as with all other components of the nation to ensure the creation of conduciveness and security.
In fact, to ensure the neutrality of all security forces, the Rembang Resort Police (Polres) and Military District Command (Kodim) 0720 / RBG established a TNI-Polri Neutrality Command Post in Lasem Square, Rembang Regency, Central Java Province (Jateng).
Rembang Police Chief, Adjunct Senior Commissioner of Police (AKBP) Suryadi said that the post was established to convince the entire community that the security forces from joint TNI and Polri personnel would indeed remain neutral during the 2024 General Election (Pemilu).
No half-hearted, at this post the entire community can also directly submit their complaints by visiting the Command Post or via the WhatsApp Hotline. The establishment of this post indicates that all security forces are ready to receive complaints from the public until the political contestation is completed.
Meanwhile, to continue to establish synergy between the TNI and Polri in order to maintain conducive security and public order (Kamtibmas), the Bhayangkara Security and Public Order Trustee (Bhabinkamtibmas) West Woyla Sector Police (Polsek) West Aceh Police Chief Police Brigadier (Bripka) Ade Rusfikar together with Babinsa Koramil / 10 Seda Hendri made a visit to local residents.
The patrol activities and also community meetings were carried out of course in order to further increase cooperation between the TNI and Polri and the local community so that conducive security and public order (kamtibmas) can be created there, especially after the 2024 elections.
So in this context, it is important that there is synergy not only from security personnel but also balanced with the full support of the entire community in Indonesia.
With synergy between all parties, the implementation of security service duties to all communities will be much more optimal and it is hoped that it will be able to minimize divisions among residents after the 2024 General Election.
It is indeed very important for all parties to maintain order and security throughout the entire election series until everything is truly over, especially during the quick count results until the real count later. The reason is, the results of the General Election will be able to become the main reference for all parties in the country.
All parties must also be able to respect whatever and however the plenary results are, as well as the official binding results from the General Election Commission (KPU), because these results will be able to determine what the fate of this nation will be like in the future. If the situation can continue to be maintained in terms of security, it will also make it easier for various future government programs to further advance Indonesia.
After the implementation of voting in the 2024 General Election series like now, it is hoped that all parties, including the community and the TNI and Polri security forces, will be able to establish good synergy for the continuity of an orderly and conducive region in order to prevent the possibility of national division.
