Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul Hebat (AMANAH) Aceh has started an important initiative to improve the capabilities of the younger generation through soft skills and life skills training. This program aims to provide the skills needed so that participants can face the challenges of the workplace and everyday life with more confidence and competence.
AMANAH through an event titled ‘AMANAH Talent Present CPNS (Calon Penerus Stand Up) Road to Grand Final’ helps train soft skills among the younger generation. This aims to find and develop new talents in the world of stand up comedy , as well as introduce them to the national stage. The event, which collaborated with the Banda Aceh stand up comedy community , was attended by hundreds of registrants. After going through various stages of selection, 11 comedians were selected to advance to the next stage and receive mentoring.
The eleven selected comedians are Putri Azzahra Lubis, Mela Amnidar, Said Muksalmina, Fakhur Bahri, Aditya Pratama, Zaidil Khalet, Agil Septian Sultan, Arif Mustaqim, Rafli Ananda, Septian Dwi Pamungkas and Aksal Irfanto. The finalists are not only competing to win the title, but also get a valuable opportunity to be mentored directly by experienced comedians from Aceh.
In addition, they are also guided by renowned mentors such as Bonar Manalu, who provide valuable tips and tricks in composing strong and entertaining stand-up comedy material. According to Bonar, Acehnese youth have great potential to become great comedians and develop in the creative industry in the country. Aceh has extraordinary talents in stand-up comedy that can be a driving force to revive the local creative industry. AMANAH with its competition not only seeks talent, but also develops it through intensive mentoring and training.
Meanwhile, one of the finalists, Aditya Pratama, expressed his joy over the intensive mentoring process. Aditya said that he had only been involved in stand-up comedy for a month , and with the guidance of the mentors, Aditya felt very helped to prepare himself for the grand final. The AMANAH initiative is extraordinary in providing a platform for young Acehnese comedians to develop.
The same thing was conveyed by Mela Amnidar participant. He said AMANAH has played an important role as a broad forum for Acehnese youth to express themselves and actualize their potential not only in stand up comedy , but also in various other creative aspects that can develop the soft skills of the younger generation. AMANAH is not only about stand up comedy competitions , but also holds various events and competitions that enrich talents in Aceh. This is an extraordinary opportunity for Acehnese youth to learn and grow together.
With this kind of support, AMANAH hopes to continue to be a pioneer in supporting the development of the creative industry in Aceh and provide wider opportunities for the younger generation to explore and develop their talents. Through this stand-up comedy competition , it is hoped that young comedians will be born who can entertain and inspire with their stories, not only in Aceh but also throughout Indonesia.
In addition to training the talents of Aceh’s youth in the Stand Up Comedy competition , AMANAH also trains the skills of the younger generation in the field of modeling. The grand event of the AMANAH Youth Top Models (AYTM) 2024 Grand Final is proof that AMANAH contributes to training the skills of the younger generation in Aceh. This event managed to amaze thousands of spectators by showcasing the best young talents of Aceh in the world of modeling.
A series of AYTM 2024 activities were filled with intensive training or modeling bootcamp attended by 500 participants. This program not only includes basic techniques such as walking on the catwalk in high heels, but also additional training in other important aspects, such as increasing self-confidence and public speaking skills .
Modeling is one of the nine leading sectors in the AMANAH program, and the implementation of AYTM 2024 aims to develop the interests and talents of the young generation in Aceh Province in the field of modeling. AMANAH hopes that this event will not only provide a platform for participants to showcase their talents but also contribute to the development of the local creative industry.
With the support and guidance provided during AYTM 2024, it is hoped that the young generation of Aceh can explore and develop their potential further, both in the field of modeling and other creative sectors. Through this event, AMANAH is committed to continuing to support and foster young Acehnese talents so that they can play an active role and be successful at the national and international levels.
The competition held by AMANAH Aceh is an important step by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) in preparing the younger generation to succeed in a challenging world. With a focus on developing soft skills and life skills, this event provides an opportunity for participants to improve the skills needed to communicate, lead, collaborate, and innovate. Support from AMANAH through this competition helps create a strong foundation for the younger generation of Aceh to reach their full potential and play an active role in society.
