Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – Bad weather that hit the region in the territorial waters of Kotawaringin Barat regency brings blessing to fishermen on the Sungai Umbang, the village of Sungai Bakau, Subdistrict of Kumai, Regency Kotawaringin Barat (Kobar), Central Kalimantan.
