Additionally, Jokowi invites all countries in Asia and Africa to support the strengthening of the role of the United Nations (UN). He considered that the UN was powerless to overcome various global conflicts that occur at this time and stop the violence in some countries, including Palestine. There are 21 heads of state and government who attended the opening session of the AAC. They include Chinese President Xi Jinping, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong, President of Cambodia Hun Sen, the King of Swaziland Mswati III, Sultan of Brunei Hassanal Bolkiah, and Jordan’s King Abdullah II.
