The government is trying to revive the Indonesian economy, by promulgating the Job Creation Law. This law will make it easier for people to open businesses , reform regulations to make it easier for people to improve their welfare.

Our economy, which had fallen because of the corona storm, was trying to raise it again by the government. One of them is by making the omnibus law the Work Cip ta law . This law will change people’s lives to be prosperous, because there are changes in the fields of investment, employment, licensing, and so on.

One of the things that the government will improve for economic recovery is investment. The Ministry of Economic Affairs revealed that the Job Creation Law provides certainty and investment licensing, as well as legal certainty, if it has been formalized and becomes effective. In the sense that we are still waiting for the Presidential Decree and Government Regulation as the governing rules .

The Job Creation Law makes it easier for investors to enter Indonesia, so that MSME entrepreneurs can ask them to become investors. The UMKM business will develop well, so that it will be able to recruit employees and reduce unemployment. Apart from foreign investors, this law also benefits local investors because the regulations are simplified.

If unemployment decreases, the people will be prosperous, because they have a livelihood. The purchasing power will increase because many people can afford to buy basic necessities and various other necessities without having to go into debt. Because they already have a monthly salary to guide them.

UMKM entrepreneurs also benefit from the Job Creation Law, because there is a rule that when a state institution needs an item, 40% of the product must be produced by MSMEs. That way, MSMEs will get a lot of orders, because there is already a clear market , so they are no longer confused about where to market their goods.

The Job Creation Law also benefits the people because it makes it easier for them to open businesses and obtain permits. The regulations on business licensing were changed to be risk-based: high, low and medium. Low-risk businesses like grocery stores can also get a business license, so they are relieved that they have legality.

Arranging a business license is also very easy because it can be via the official website, and the process is only a maximum of 7 days. After entering the data and the scan results of the file, it will be evaluated and it will be decided whether the permit can be issued or not. If everything is complete and valid, the legality will be obtained easily.

If a small business has an official license from the government (not just a business certificate from the RT), then taking credit from the bank will make it easier. Because they have completed the requirements. That way, the shop can expand thanks to an additional injection of capital. From a small shop level to a minimarket that provides more needs for the community.

When the grocery store entrepreneur levels up, he will get a bigger profit. Because the minimarket sells various goods and is more crowded with buyers. The place is also wider and cleaner, so buyers like to shop there. Small entrepreneurs can also prosper thanks to the Job Creation Law.

Therefore, all Indonesian people are obliged to support the Job Creation Law, because it is very useful for our lives. Starting from the investment sector, MSMEs, to licensing, the regulations will be changed for the better. Trimmed bureaucracy will make everything easier, and no longer a headache.

The Job Creation Law was made for the welfare of the community. The inauguration of this law at the moment of the pandemic was indeed intentional, so that the economic life of the people would be better, because many were floundering due to the impact of the corona storm. Hopefully this pandemic test will pass quickly and the implementation of the law in the field will be carried out well, so that the people will be more prosperous.
