The State Intelligence Agency (BIN) has created a symbol of unity for the entire young generation of the nation’s future through the presence of the strategic flagship program Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN) which contains young people from various backgrounds from all corners of the country.
The symbol of unity for the nation’s young generation through the existence of AMN is reflected in the opportunity for Indonesian youth to be able to live together under one roof and then carry out many positive activities even though they all have different backgrounds.
With the existence of the AMN building, the Government, through the initiation of BIN, has created a symbol of the unity of the nation’s young generation and enabled young people to learn about Indonesia’s diversity and further foster their love for their homeland.
Through strategic superior programs in the era of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) leadership, it is possible for these buildings to not only be comfortable places to live, but also contain various kinds of facilities to support young people to further develop themselves.
Because of the many benefits for young people who will be the next generation of the nation, it is not surprising that AMN receives full support and various high appreciations from various elements of society.
In fact, quite a few people really hope that the superior strategic program initiated by the institution led by Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan experienced sustainability in order to advance youth in Indonesia.
Head of the North Sulawesi Regional Settlement Infrastructure Center (BPPW Sulut), Nurdiana Habibie, said that AMN is not only a physical building for tertiary students to live in, but also a center for activities that can support their personal development.
In this dormitory, students not only live together in diversity, but they also receive a lot of training, guidance, upbringing and coaching which is able to foster love for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and further increase the competitiveness of young people in various fields.
It is clear that the existence of AMN is an initiative that is able to unite students from various backgrounds such as differences in culture, language and religion, but all of them can still unite and live in harmony side by side.

The various kinds of non-academic activities that take place through BIN’s strategic flagship program clearly bring enormous benefits to fill young people’s free time with positive activities so that they are not exposed to the risk of falling into negative things such as bullying and gambling. online or even narcotics use.
The government, through BIN, initiated AMN, one of which is to further tighten young people’s access to online games, especially those containing negative content such as violence, pornography or gambling.
This is not without reason, of course, because if the nation’s young generation is exposed to a lot of such negative things, it will have an impact on how they grow and develop, which could later lead to aggressive behavior and even criminal acts. Because, whatever and whatever activities they usually do routinely, will clearly have an influence on behavior because it affects the psychology of the young person.
Therefore, because there are so many benefits from the existence of AMN , BIN as the initiator continues to strive to continue this strategic flagship program to several other regions throughout Indonesia.
Previously, AMN itself had been established majestically and successfully in the City of Heroes, Surabaya, then now it is underway in Manado, and will continue to be implemented in Makassar, Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Malang.
There are many very adequate, complete and modern facilities in the building, including men’s and women’s dormitories, a meeting hall, multipurpose room and sports fields.
The government deliberately provides all these facilities to create an environment that is able to fully support collaboration, increase creativity and further foster a sense of brotherhood among young people.
According to the Director of Strategic Infrastructure of the Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), Essy Asiah, AMN is indeed a symbol of unity for students from various different backgrounds, so that it is not just a physical building, but creates a very good learning environment. conducive to supporting their collaboration, creativity and brotherhood.
The birth of a symbol of unity for the nation’s next generation of young people through the existence of this strategic flagship program was thanks to the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency which always strives to guide young people so that they are always able to uphold the principle of diversity and further strengthen the unity and integrity of the Republic of Indonesia.
