Papua Youth Creative Hub Becomes a New Place for Creative Young Talents
Jayapura – The Papuan youth are proud and grateful to the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) for providing complete facilities to the young generation of Papua.
“I would like to thank President Jokowi and the Head of BIN, Pak Budi Gunawan. This is a very extraordinary building and it helps us young Papuans to be creative,” said the Papua Provincial Youth Leader, Vitha Faidiban.
With the construction of PYCH, of course, it will make millennials in Papua feel proud and happy. Young people in Papua now have the opportunity to upgrade their skills to welcome the digital era.
Previously, President Jokowi stated that there are many excellent talent with excellent talents in Papua and West Papua, both in the fields of science, arts and culture, and in the field of sports, and it is the big task of all parties to prepare good talent management to organize, in this is where the role of PYCH will be increasingly visible.
“This is very good, so we hope that later the Papua Youth Creative Hub can become a driving force, can become a center for developing great talents in the Land of Papua, become a creative center for young Papuans in strengthening the existing innovation ecosystem,” said President Joko Widodo.
The President also said that in this building there is a bright future for creating young talents in Papua. Starting from entrepreneurship, millennial farmers, to Papuan youths who have talent in the digitalization sector.
On a different occasion, the Millennial Special Staff, Billy Mambrasar, also expressed his gratitude to President Jokowi and the Head of BIN, Gen. Pol (Purn) Budi Gunawan, for the construction of the PYCH Building.
“Thank you for the gift of this facility. We Papuan children are ready to build Indonesia from the land of Papua,” said Billy.
It is known that Papuan youths will utilize the PYCH building in planning and implementing work programs for the welfare of the people in Papua and West Papua.
Billy said PYCH would provide jobs for these young Papuans.
“The existence of the building is also to open the widest possible employment opportunities for young Papuans, improve the skills of young Papuans and increase the income of Papuans,” he concluded.
