Papua – The inauguration of the Papua Youth Creative Hub (PYCH) building was enthusiastically welcomed by the people of Cendrawasih Earth. The building will be used to develop Human Resources (HR) for the younger generation of Papua.
Young leaders in West Papua Province, Simon Tabuni explained, the PYCH building is used to develop themselves, their interests and talents, so that the young generation of Papua can contribute to advancing the region.
Papuan Millennials also thank the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), for all the support given to the Papuan people, especially young people through the construction of the PYCH building.
The construction of the PYCH building is a directive, idea and support from the President of the Republic of Indonesia Ir. Joko Widodo, and Head of BIN General Pol (Purn), Budi Gunawan, which was then followed up by Deputy IV for Economic Intelligence at BIN, Made Kartikajaya.
His party is committed to becoming the motor for the development of indigenous Papuan micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) from various sectors such as coffee, sago, crafts, and so on.
In the same vein, the Coordinator of the Indonesian Millennial and Student Alliance (AMMI), Nurkhasanah also believes that the presence of the PYCH building helps the young generation of Papua in making quality works and doing everything for the benefit of the people of the Land of Papua.
“We see this as an extraordinary progress because these facilities can be used by young people to develop themselves and become the motor of human resource development in Papua,” said Nurkhasanah.
Furthermore, Nurkhasanah also expressed her appreciation to President Jokowi who is paying serious attention to the development of Papuan human resources.
For information, through the existence of PYCH, it is hoped that the young generation of Papua can implement their potential and creative ideas in order to support the realization of people’s welfare in Cendrawasih Earth.
The PYCH building has a main building consisting of two floors, and two dormitory buildings. In this building there are rooms for MSME products, cafeterias, training rooms, marketing rooms, podcast rooms, photography rooms, function rooms to rooms that can be used for co-working spaces.
