He also aims to bring home four gold, three silver and one bronze.

In order to win the championship and obtain other targets, Bambang gave an injection of motivation to the athletes to always attach a winning mentality and compete with high enthusiasm like a national hero.

“You have to be able to awaken the spirit of struggle as a hero of our nation who will later raise the Red and White flag in the SEA Games. That pride must grow and develop in your heart and mind as an athlete,” said Bambang.

He also appealed to SEA Games athletes to get rid of personal ego, not to be careless, not to underestimate opponents, to be focused, and also to always maintain a healthy diet.

“We have to get rid of the individual ego. We have to beat small things to achieve the biggest things, namely you have to be the best, you have to get a gold medal,” said Bambang.

“Never let your guard down and underestimate your opponent. Everyone is trying to achieve something that works. You should not be affected because of the pressure of emotional situations, so that your ability to decrease. I remind the athletes, eat it. Eating is clear and correct. Don’t try food you don’t normally eat and get a stomach ache, when you compete you are not ready, this is a huge loss,” said Bambang.
