CIDISS – Since a long time ago, Indonesia has known as agriculture country. Moreover, there are song that sentence paradise land, stick wood and rock can be plant. Indonesia ever became rice exporter.
The movement to expansion and increase the rice productivity, the development of agriculture by agriculture technology is main priority that must be done by farmer and related board. Government through agriculture board has effort to make an agriculture innovation by using agriculture technology.
Farmer of Barito Utara regency, especially in the field try to conduct planting in the season of April till September, normally they plant in October till March season.
Chief of agriculture, fishery and husbandry board of Barito Utara, Setia budi said that board will accompany farmer in the planting rice season.

Barito Utara regency will also conduct the try the program of organic ice planting using compos fertilizer and expected to be god harvest. He also planned to cultivation of organic rice in the cow area.
Budi added that development of rice has synchronic with center government. The rice field development will conduct until the end of 2019 by the target of 12.000 Ha.
The potency of Barito Utara, field will be cultivates reaching 14.000 till 16.000 Ha. By the developing the large of field, till 12.000 Ha, it expected Barito Utara will be autonomous stock of rice, and will have surplus of rice stock.
Then, Setia Budi hope, the program will reach by program, 1 family able to have 2 till 5 ha of rice field.
