Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – City developing is one of criteria as succeeded in Region developing. The developing include on all criteria such as infrastructure, Public space, general facility, etc.
But, regional government must be remembering to aware to maintenance of all the facility that had built. Not only government but also all elements in region are maintenance the facility.
For example, Barito Timur regency, Central Kalimantan, rubbish is one of serious problem that faced by regional government. Not only government but also all elements in region are maintenance the facility, especially society.
Classical problem occurs about environment society culture. Society often threw their rubbish anywhere they want.
“Society culture often threw rubbish anywhere,” said Secretary of cleanness and park office Barito Timur, Hendroyono, like quote in Borneo News, Monday (1/6/2015).
Rubbish box of regional government in some spot was not taken beneficially by society. “They throw rubbish out of rubbish box, unpredicted, they prefer threw rubbish in side of road, drainage or river. Just wait for flood,” said Him.
According to note of official of cleanness and Park Barito Timur, the number of employ was not enough well to extend all region of Barito Timur. The detail of employ there are 22 persons for sweep the road, 36 persons for transport rubbish, 10 persons as driver, mechanic and logistic, then 15 persons for park.
In other side, House regional representative of Barito Timur, Janjo Briano hope conscious of society. “Need conscious to face rubbish. The best facility will not effective if society not aware to environment,” said Him.
To the all Restrictiveness of Government of Barito Timur, society is going to dig their hole. It’s only about time before everything was late.
