In addition to preventing radicalism, the regulation reminds ASN to be able to convey criticism according to its path so that it does not violate freedom of speech.
When someone has been sworn to become an ASN, then it is fitting for him to be obedient to what is said, and subject to regulations set by the government. Of course the oath must be upheld by all ASNs as the movers of the government.
Considering the cursing, it is certainly not a violation of freedom of opinion if the government asks ASNs to maintain their attitude when skating in cyberspace including on social media. Ten

Indeed, this government regulation is also inseparable from the pros and cons, where some people consider the regulation as seemingly limiting freedom of expression.
But ASN, which is a state servant, of course, must obey the existing rules, of course we do not want any ASN that openly invites the public to be unfaithful to Pancasila.
Or ASN that disseminates misleading news / hoaxes through social media. Especially if there is an ASN that uses attributes that are contrary to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, Unity in Diversity and the Government.

The Minister of Communication and Information Johnny G Plate also denied that the launch of the Radical PNS portal would limit ASN’s criticisms of the government. He said ASN could also criticize its own work.
He said the government invited criticism of civil servants to the government as long as it has a valid foundation and is not hoaks.
Johnny said that criticism must be based on accurate and accurate data, not slander and hoaxes. He emphasized that the government would still take firm action against the ASN elements who spread hoaxes.
The NasDem Party politician said, the launch of the radical PNS portal was carried out to ensure the application of the Pancasila ideology among those circles.
