When viewed from a function, the Omnibus law will free a number of laws that hamper such as overlapping rules, bureaucratic chaos to regulations that are considered long without fundamental urgency. Previously, Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Real Estate (REI), Theresia Rustandi said, the Omnibus Law Cipta Karya is an effort to joint strength of all elements of the country in order to be able to realize a conducive climate in realizing prosperity.

According to Baidowi, for input related to the property sector is still considered lacking, then this proposal can be given further to the Parliament, in order to achieve the goal of the Omnibus Law namely, in order to boost investment in the direction of which can spur economic growth.
