Omnibus Law Is Considered Able To Overcome Post-19 Counseling Pandemic
JAKARTA – Deputy Chairperson of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (Kadin), Shinta Wijaya Kamdani said the implementation of the Omnibus Law on Employment Law was considered capable of effectively improving the business and investment climate in Indonesia after the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Shinta said that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic not only reacted to the country’s economy but raised new problems with many employees stopping work or being laid off.

Therefore, Shinta said that with two Omnibuses the Employment and Taxation Omnibus is expected to be able to remove various obstacles in advancing the Indonesian economy including through investment.
