Economic growing of central Kalimantan in the first semester has not reached the Target.
Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS- Vice of team of Economic Development of Central Kalimantan admitted that they have not been satisfying to their achievement on economic growing in Central Kalimantan Province for second quarterly year and first semester of 2015.
Like quote in Antara News Kalteng (28/5/2015), Syahrin said that Product Domestic Regional Gross only IDR 25 Trillion or in 10 percent of Product Domestic Regional Gross of Kalimantan generally, then economic growing in Central Kalimantan in the second mid of 2015 is about 6, 98 percent, it is far from target.
“Economic growing is not seen by Indicator development regionally Kalimantan. So, we targeted the economic development must be on 7,5 percent every quarterly year and Product Domestic Regional Gross increase,” said Him.
Syahrin admitted the target of economic developing in Province called “Bumi Tambun Bungai” is high relative. His optimism central Kalimantan can reach the target.
“We in team of Economic Development of Central Kalimantan only need hard work to make it real. I’m very confident the target 7,5 percent of development will come true. We will work hard,” said Syahrin.
In other side, Bureau statistic wrote economic growing of Central Kalimantan on first semester of 2015 is on 7, 34 percent and succeed pass the national point which only 4,67 percent.
Chief of Bureau statistic, Sukardi, he said that economic growing of Central Kalimantan province is the highest in regional of Kalimantan. Where in West Kalimantan is only 4,40 percent, South Kalimantan is 3,53 percent and East Kalimantan is 0,28 percent.
“The growth is from productive sectors, they are agriculture, forestry and fishery are 24,10 percent, manufacture 16,29 percent, and then mining and excavation 11,48 percent,” said Him.
Data of Bureau statistic of Central Kalimantan pointed out economic growing of Central Kalimantan especially in second of quarter yearly grew 6,98 percent and average in every job field. The highest growing is in electricity and gas reached 36,42 percent.
“The next highest growing sector is on public administration, land affairs and social guarantee is 14, 96 percent, also transportation and warehousing 12,94 percent,” Said Him (*)
