Don’t Be Loose Apply Prokes

The public is asked not to slack off in implementing Prokes even though the positive cases of the Corona virus are sloping. Obeying the prokes is an obligation due to the threat of a third wave of Covid-19.
Have you worn a mask when going out of the house? Currently, masks are mandatory items to wear, because they function to restrain the droplet rate when in contact with OTG. In addition to wearing masks, there are also 9 other points in the health protocol, and all of them must be obeyed so as not to get Corona.
Unfortunately, lately some are getting tired of wearing masks and obeying the procedures. There are also those who wear masks but their positions sag, so it’s useless because they can’t protect their nose and mouth. According to doctor Reisa, masks are very important because the effectiveness of their use only occurs when in one place at least 75% of people are wearing them.
It could be that those who are lazy to wear masks and obey the procedures say that now the situation is safe, even thinking the pandemic is over. Indeed, in the last 1-2 months the number of Covid patients has decreased drastically, to only 500-600 people per day. There are no areas with red zone status and level 4 PPKM. However, we must continue to obey the prokes because the pandemic is not over yet.
Precisely when the situation is safe there is a threat that lurks secretly. The reason is because many think that Corona has fled from Indonesia, and in the end did not obey the prokes. In the end, he contracted the Covid-19 virus from OTG without realizing it, and his condition could get worse because he had not had time to get a vaccine. Do you want to have bad luck like that because you don’t obey the procedures?
Therefore, stick to the prokes wherever you are, whether you are traveling or when you arrive at the office or home. Children who have carried out face-to-face learning (PTM) are also constantly reminded to wear masks and obey the procedures so as not to form new Corona clusters.
Following the prokes is very easy, isn’t it? The reason is because we have been used to doing it for almost 2 years. Currently, the recommended use of masks is 2 layers: disposable and cloth masks, so that the filtration is more than 90%. The reason is that strong filtration can hold droplets from OTG infected with the delta variant of the Covid-19 virus, which can be transmitted only by passing each other.
In addition to wearing masks, we still have to wash our hands or use hand sanitizers to stay hygienic, so don’t forget to bring 1 bottle when traveling, and if you can, also bring anti-germ spray. When you get home, you are also required to take a shower, wash your hair, and change clothes, if possible, wash your clothes and pants with hot water so that the germs are completely killed.
Maintaining cleanliness is also carried out in the home and surroundings, because Corona can freely land in dirty places. Don’t underestimate trash and dust, it’s better to be a little tired to clean up than get Corona and then languish.
Also avoid crowds for a while, because we don’t know which of them is OTG status. For example, if there is an invitation, make sure the place obeys the health procedures and does not have to eat on the spot, but nowadays, on average, everyone understands and the food is wrapped in a box for souvenirs. Also reduce mobility and only go for important business.
Isn’t it easy to follow the 10M process? Actually all this just takes intention, patience, and patience. Don’t forget to remind each other if someone forgets not to wear a mask and give him a disposable mask. Obeying the health procedures is not difficult, and all this is done so as not to get Corona and not pass it on to family members.
