Bali — All the actions that have been carried out by esports athletes representing the Indonesian National Team in the IESF Bali 14Th WEC 2022 are indeed very proud. PBESI also continues to provide maximum support so that they can continue to make achievements to make the nation proud on the world stage.

The Secretary General of the Indonesian Esports Council (PBESI), Frengky Ong, in observing the actions of all Indonesian esports athletes, said he was very proud.

The reason is that all the athletes who have been prepared to take part in the Indonesia Esports Summit: Bali 14Th World Esports Championships 2022 are not playing games.

The achievements that they managed to get in the biggest outdoor esports event in the world can also be said to be not small.

“It is very proud to witness the actions of our esports athletes who are members of the Indonesian National Team who are specially prepared to compete in the 14th esports world championship which is part of the big Indonesia Esports Summit 2022 event,” said Frengky.

Meanwhile, one of the Indonesian esports athletes representing the eFootball National Team (Timnas), Elga Cahya Putra explained that the key to being able to continue to excel in every game is to maintain focus.

According to him, maintaining this focus is very important, as well as how to try to keep the mentality of each player well maintained.

“Stay focused and keep trying to stay mentally awake,” said Elga.

Of course, with high focus and a maintained mentality, the Indonesian esports athletes are able to continue to score achievement after achievement, even in any event, including world championships, to continue to make the nation’s name proud.

On the other hand, the coach of the Indonesian National Team, Adit Rosenda, acknowledged that indeed the quality of Nusantara’s esports athletes can be said to be very good in the world competition arena.

Not only the individual qualities of each player, but also in terms of experience, Indonesian esports athletes are not inferior to players from other countries.

“As for individuals, we are indeed far above because we are indeed far experienced,” Adit said.

So it is not surprising that there have been many achievements recorded at the IESF Bali 14Th WEC 2022 through all forms of their struggle.

All of these achievements cannot be separated from the role of PBESI as an association of electronic sports in Indonesia.

PBESI under the leadership of Gen. Pol (Purn) Budi Gunawan always tries to continue to fully support all athletes and guarantee their needs by providing many facilities so that esports athletes can continue to excel on the world stage.

One of them is the existence of an esports academy that is directly supervised by PBESI, namely the Garudaku Academy.

Garudaku Academy Mental Coach, Andromeda Manuputy, acknowledged that mental health is indeed an important aspect to maintain the performance of esports athletes.

The first way to be able to continue to take care of it is to pay attention to the way of thinking or mindest.

“To maintain mental health, the first thing to pay attention to is the way of thinking. Mindset,” said Andromeda.

On the same occasion, Garudaku Academy Nutritionist, David Gunawan added that it is not only the mentality, but also the nutrition of the athletes that is no less important to pay attention to.
“To keep the body healthy, the tips are actually simple. Eat regularly and balance it with exercise and adequate rest,” he explained.
PBESI itself is really trying to continue to meet all the needs of athletes because indeed the vision that is owned by Budi Gunawan as the Chairman of the association is to bring Indonesia’s name to become the leader of esports in the Asian region.
