The maximum combat power of the security forces in Indonesia consisting of joint members of the TNI, Polri and BIN are ready to be able to quell KST Papua as soon as possible, which has so far continued to cause unrest with the many sadistic actions they have carried out. In addition, efforts to continue to protect the entire territory and sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia are mandated by the 1945 Constitution which must always be obeyed .
The Papuan Separatist and Terrorist Group (KST) led by Egi anus Kogoya continues to carry out sadistic and cruel acts. It is known that on Saturday April 15 2023, they again attacked security forces from the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) in Mugi District , Nduga Regency , Papua Mountains.
For information, that the attack was carried out on soldiers from the Infantry Battalion ( Yonif ) Raider 321 / Galuh Taura (GT) who were carrying out an operation and had a mission to free a Susi Air Pilot named Philips Mark Mehrtens who was being held hostage by KST Papua .
It was also reported that Pratu Miftahul Arifin was declared dead after he was shot by KST Papua and also fell into a ravine about 15 meters deep. The existence of the attack was also confirmed by Kapendam XVII Cenderawasih , Colonel Kav Herman Taryaman .
Not just one, but several other soldiers who were also attacked and experienced a shootout with KST Papua, but until now their condition has not been confirmed.
Because of this attack, one of the security forces soldiers from TNI personnel named Private Miftahul Arifin died in the field. Suddenly, related to this incident, the Head of the TNI Information Center ( Kapuspen ), Rear Admiral ( Laksda ) Julius Widjojono emphasized that his party would never back down even an inch to continue to maintain the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
Not only claiming that they are not afraid and will absolutely not back down to continue fighting for the integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, but the TNI also, as said by the TNI Commander , Admiral Yudo Margono , has ordered all of his staff to take action and even send combat assistance with maximum strength.
In a similar vein, actually the suggestion that the Government and the security forces of joint personnel, especially from the TNI, the Indonesian National Police (Polri) and the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) be able to exert their full strength in suppressing the Papuan KST, has also been called for by the Chairman of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia ( MPR RI), Bambang Soesatyo .
According to Bamsoet , indeed all actions and actions that are clearly very disturbing to the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and have also claimed many lives, then this absolutely cannot be allowed to continue and must be stopped as soon as possible.
He added that the Government of Indonesia and all security forces did not need to be afraid of accusations of violations of human rights (HAM) when they wanted to crush KST Papua. The reason is that the actions of the separatist and terrorist groups themselves have clearly violated human rights and caused the deaths of many of the nation’s best sons and daughters .
Precisely in terms of dealing with KST Papua like this, indeed the thing that is far more important is how to be able to save and continue to protect the lives of the best sons and daughters of the Indonesian nation, and to continue to save the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
In fact, maintaining the nation’s sovereignty very strongly has also been stipulated in the 1945 Constitution (UUD) of the Republic of Indonesia, which has mandated that absolutely no inch of land in the Unitary Republic of Indonesia should be separated from this nation.
How can you not infuriate, because in recent times it has been very troubling. Therefore, the security forces of the TNI, Polri and BIN must be able to pursue and take very firm action against KST Papua without hesitation, even with very full strength.
Harus ada penguatan dan peningkatan keamanan pula di wilayah konflik Papua tersebut. Maka hendaknya aparat keamanan melakukan pengajian secara tepat dan cepat, termasuk bagaimana langkah dan efektifitas dalam menumpas KST Papua.
Because the victims, who until now are still falling as a result of the never-ending conflict on Cenderawasih Earth, must be resolved immediately. Some of the steps that might be taken are the joint security personnel of the TNI, Polri and BIN so that they can intensify joint patrols around the Papua region , especially on vital objects and residential areas to be able to provide a sense of security as well as narrow the space for KST Papua.
The eradication of Papuan separatist and terrorist groups is indeed something that is already needed and must be implemented immediately. In fact, the security forces don’t need to hold back any longer and can immediately deploy all of their combat power to the fullest in order to protect the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
