An economy that is growing far above the world average, demographic bonuses and regional stability are maintained,” said President Jokowi.In the same vein, the Director General of Information and Public Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Teuku Faizasyah said the 43rd ASEAN Summit 2023 in Jakarta would be aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation with member countries and the Indo-Pacific region.“This hope is because Indonesia is a country with a leadership capacity in ASEAN,” said Teuku Faizasyah.Many countries in the world have high hopes for Indonesia through holding the 2023 ASEAN Summit. In the ASEAN Summit agenda, Indonesia will convey a number of important points, including regarding ASEAN’s future vision that builds the foundation. So that in 2045 the vision of the countries that are members of the organization will become clearer.“Apart from laying the foundation, in the future we also want to look at practical or real aspects,” said Teuku.Regarding the Southeast Asia region which acts as the center of global economic growth.
