ACEH — Youth Creative Hub Aceh (AYCH) or Central Building for Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Besar (AMANAH) is optimally developing local regional products to penetrate the world stage.
This local product, namely patchouli perfume made by MSMEs under the guidance of AMANAH, was successful in attracting visitors to buy it at the Bhayangkara Fest 2024 event.
The AMANAH program not only raises the economic potential of Aceh MSMEs which operate in patchouli products, but also opens up opportunities for the younger generation to develop further as entrepreneurs.
In the future, with this encouragement, it is not impossible that superior products from the region nicknamed Rencong Country will become increasingly famous, not only nationally but also internationally.
One of the young entrepreneurs assisted by AMANAH, Nurun Nazary, admitted that he was very grateful for all the training and guidance so far.
“We are very grateful to be able to present perfume as a result of AMANAH’s training and guidance regarding Patchouli. “At Bhayangkara Fest, we succeeded in attracting visitors’ attention with the perfume samples we distributed,” he said.
Meanwhile, Alvieonnie Niken Marahaini (19) as a member of Nilam AMANAH said that thanks to optimal development, their products can compete in the market.
This confidence came because the thousand perfume samples they had prepared were almost finished.
“So far, from the 4 days we have researched, it seems that people are willing to accept patchouli as the core of our perfume. “It seems they have accepted Patchouli as a perfume ingredient,” said Niken.
Bhayangkara Fest 2024 visitor, Angga Pratama, assessed that perfume made by MSMEs assisted by AMANAH had its own charm.
For him, perfume made from Patchouli is able to reflect the beauty and fragrance typical of Aceh.
In this way, a dancer becomes even more inspired thanks to the aroma of perfume made by AMANAH’s MSMEs.
“This perfume truly reflects the beauty and fragrance of Aceh. “As a dancer, I feel suited and inspired by the aromas offered,” said Angga.
Patchouli oil itself is the best binding agent for perfume products, and Aceh is the best producer of patchouli oil in the world.
The existence of AMANAH makes people increasingly use patchouli oil more optimally.
