The Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great Program (AMANAH) is a Government program to improve the competence and skills of young people in Aceh. This program certainly shapes the interests and talents of young people in the Veranda of Mecca, thereby making them the nation’s next generation who are superior and have high competitiveness on the national and global levels.
Young people in Aceh seem very enthusiastic about the AMANAH program. This can be seen from the large number of participants who took part in various activities held by AMANAH. According to a young entrepreneur from Aceh, Almer Hafis, AMANAH’s target is very targeted, namely aimed at young people. The resource persons provided are also very experts in their fields so that Acehnese young people can learn a lot and gain direct insight from the figures brought by AMANAH to Aceh.
AMANAH itself is one of the government’s strategic flagship programs through the initiation of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) which aims to continue to develop the country’s young people so that they are increasingly developed and have high competitiveness in various matters, including the entrepreneurial industry.
Almer Hafis said that Aceh, which is located at the tip of Sumatra, has never been exposed to cross-culture, so the culture in Aceh is very strong. Therefore, there is a need for intervention from the Central Government in terms of human resources to form entrepreneurial spirits and independence among Aceh’s young people, because Almer believes that the regional economy can grow faster than in urban areas if it can be developed in an appropriate way. .
This intervention is positive in terms of providing new insights and images to young Acehnese regarding the workings of entrepreneurs or young entrepreneurs from outside the Aceh region. This will enable Acehnese young people to explore their creativity in order to realize their business on the national stage. There are new lessons that young people can develop, starting from getting grading to market their products nationally to controlling production and distribution space to develop their business.
Aceh has great potential in developing the creative economy sector and MSMEs. In order to improve the regional economy, AMANAH is currently focusing on community empowerment by providing training with the aim of equipping the younger generation with the skills needed to become successful entrepreneurs.
Acehnese youth are able to become the next generation of an increasingly developed and independent nation if they become part of the AMANAH program. The reason is, in the AMANAH program under the guidance of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), young people will receive a lot of education to improve their skills and abilities so that they are better prepared to become superior individuals.
It cannot be denied that the future of this nation is in the hands of the young generation, where they must have great abilities and capabilities in order to be able to bring this nation forward. In this way, young people must have a high fighting spirit, creative power, creativity and innovation, as well as high idealism.
Not only that, young people also find it easier to adapt to changes in the uncertain dynamics of life. Of course, this makes it easier for them to learn and able to absorb all kinds of changes and progress that occur. So it is very appropriate that the young generation is one of the important pillars of upholding national and state life.
This training program organized by AMANAH covers various important aspects in developing MSMEs, starting from business management, digital marketing, to product innovation. This training not only provides theoretical knowledge, but also provides opportunities for participants to practice skills through business simulations and real projects. In this way, Acehnese youth can be better prepared to face challenges in an increasingly competitive business world.
Almer Hafis hopes that the AMANAH program initiated by BIN can be further developed at several points for economic equality to remote areas of Aceh. Apart from training, the party hopes that AMANAH can support the development of MSMEs by providing access to marketing networks and financing. This aims to help young entrepreneurs expand markets and increase the competitiveness of local products at national and international levels. With this support, it is hoped that MSMEs in Aceh can grow and contribute more to the regional economy
In this way, this program can provide many benefits by providing various facilities to create superior Acehnese youth who can compete both at the national and international levels, because one of the coaching carried out in the AMANAH program is intended to be a forum for the young generation in Rencong Country. to continue to develop personally to become the nation’s next generation who can advance the Aceh regional economy.
