Aceh now officially has the AMANAH Building, a facility built on the initiative of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) under the leadership of the Head of BIN, Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan, SH, M.Sc., Ph.D., PSM, as a form of commitment to developing the potential of the younger generation and strengthening regional economic independence in Aceh. This building is not only a building, but also a symbol of dedication to encouraging the progress of the younger generation through education, training, and sustainable entrepreneurship.

It should be noted that the development of AMANAH is an instruction from President Jokowi in increasing the capacity, skills, and potential of the younger generation. Recognizing the importance of human resource development, this facility provides various programs to help young Acehnese develop skills in agriculture, animal husbandry, art, and others. The existing programs are designed to prepare them to face the increasingly competitive world of work and business.

To support the young generation of Aceh, one of AMANAH’s programs is to continue to demonstrate its commitment to supporting the agricultural sector in Aceh through various initiatives, including the development of modern agriculture. By providing 50,000 seeds, fertilizers, and other supporting equipment, AMANAH seeks to increase economic growth and strengthen food security in the region. This program aims to prepare the young generation of Aceh to be more ready and independent to compete in the world of agriculture.

Coffee Farmer Ambassador, Harris, stated that this program has a positive impact on Aceh’s agricultural ecosystem. According to him, the AMANAH program plays a very important role in building an agricultural ecosystem and making the young generation of Aceh more prepared and independent to compete with other farmers. He also said that the support provided is not only technically beneficial, but also opens up interesting career opportunities for young people in the agricultural sector.

Meanwhile, the Aceh Regional Coordinator for the Millennial Farmer Ambassadors and the Mainstay Farmer Ambassadors of the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture, Marzuki, highlighted the importance of implementing the smart farming concept in this program. According to him, smart farming is very suitable for millennial farmers who are used to using technology. With this concept, farmers can increase the efficiency and productivity of the land, and are also able to manage agriculture remotely, so that modern agriculture becomes more attractive to the younger generation.

The AMANAH program in the agricultural sector is a strategic initiative that not only focuses on empowering the young generation of Aceh in the agricultural sector, but is also a major part of the construction of the AMANAH Building. This building is designed to be a center for development and innovation in various fields, including agriculture, to support economic growth and food security in Aceh.

On the other hand, AMANAH also took the initiative to support the development of skills and entrepreneurship in the field of animal husbandry. AMANAH held a collaborative program with Hanasa Farm for the development of organic egg-laying chicken farming, which not only provides economic impact but also strengthens the foundation of the development of the young generation of Aceh.

As part of this program, AMANAH is working with Hanasa Farm to develop an organic egg-laying chicken farm in Aceh. This program provides assistance in the form of 500 chicken seeds, feed, and medicines needed to support the success of the farm. In addition, this program also includes training and mentoring designed to improve the skills of young farmers in managing organic farms.

This collaboration is not only aimed at increasing livestock productivity, but also to prepare young Acehnese farmers to be more independent and able to compete in the market. With training and support from Hanasa Farm, farmers are expected to be able to manage laying hen farms efficiently and sustainably, while utilizing modern technology to improve production quality and results.

This livestock development program focuses on organic methods, which emphasize the use of natural ingredients and environmentally friendly management. These organic livestock practices are an important part of Gedung AMANAH as a center for developing young people who focus on innovation and sustainability. With this approach, the resulting egg products have higher added value in the market, making them a more attractive choice for consumers who prioritize natural and high-quality products.

The programs implemented by AMANAH are in line with the main objective of the AMANAH Building, which is to drive the local economy through empowering the younger generation. Through the training and mentoring provided, the younger generation is expected to be able to manage their businesses independently and sustainably. With the skills gained from this program, they will be better prepared to face the challenges of the agricultural and livestock industries and be able to increase their operational capacity.

With the inauguration of the AMANAH Building, the people of Aceh, especially its young generation, now have a place that supports self-development, creativity, and innovation. This facility is expected to be the starting point for positive changes that continue, both in education and economic independence. Hopefully, there will be more useful programs that will be held at the AMANAH Building that can help advance the young generation and Aceh’s economic independence.

The spirit of mutual cooperation and collaboration underlying the construction of the AMANAH Building reflects Aceh’s readiness to grow into a more independent province. It is hoped that this building can produce young leaders, successful entrepreneurs, and innovators who are able to bring Aceh to a brighter and more competitive future on the global stage.
