Flooded with Appreciation, BIN Initiates Inauguration of AMANAH Building to Improve Youth Competence

The inauguration of the Central Building of Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Hebat (AMANAH) by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN) has become an important moment for the development of human resources (HR) in Aceh. Inaugurated directly by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, the building is now a real symbol of the efforts that have been made to empower the young generation of Aceh through education and skills training. The building, also known as the Aceh Youth Creative Hub (AYCH), is designed to provide the best facilities for Acehnese youth to improve their competence and competitiveness, both nationally and internationally.
President Joko Widodo, emphasized the importance of equipping the younger generation with science and technology, balanced with moral values and good character. According to the President, excellence in the digital era must be accompanied by a strong character. He highlighted that mastery of digital technology is not only a tool for economic progress, but also a means to improve the welfare of society as a whole. President Jokowi encouraged young people to make the best use of technology and develop their potential through the facilities provided at AMANAH.
As a flagship program initiated by the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), AMANAH is not just a building, but a center for creativity and innovation that aims to produce superior young talents. The Head of BIN, Police General (Ret.) Prof. Dr. Budi Gunawan has shown his commitment to supporting the development of the nation’s human resources through special empowerment for the young generation of Aceh. Through various trainings, Acehnese youth are given access to knowledge about business concepts, technological innovation, and the development of derivative products, such as patchouli, which is the superior potential of the region.
Budi Gunawan emphasized that investment in education and human resource development is the key to strengthening national resilience. Through the AMANAH program, BIN plays an active role in empowering Acehnese youth as the main pillar of regional development. Budi Gunawan said that with the spirit of collaboration and dedication, this program is expected to bring a significant positive impact not only to Aceh, but also to Indonesia as a whole. AMANAH, in Budi Gunawan’s view, reflects BIN’s seriousness in producing a young generation that is not only intelligent, but also has integrity, ready to contribute to the progress of the nation.
The AMANAH building has been designed with modern facilities that allow Acehnese youth to develop creativity and technology. With the existence of this building, young people not only get skills training, but also access to wider quality education. The programs run in it include entrepreneurship training, technological innovation development, to collaboration with the industrial sector to create human resources that are ready to compete in the era of globalization. This is in line with the vision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia who has been in office since 2014, to ensure equitable and inclusive development throughout Indonesia.
President Jokowi also paid special attention to the balance between academic and moral values of the younger generation. According to him, there is no point in having perfect academic values if not accompanied by good morals. He hopes that the younger generation, especially those who receive empowerment through the AMANAH program, can be role models with noble character. This is in line with the President’s hope to see the youth of Aceh grow into a generation with integrity and play an active role in regional and national development.
AMANAH is a concrete step initiated by the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, who was previously a regional head and not from the political or military elite, in supporting the development of young human resources in Aceh. This program is considered an important milestone in creating a young generation that is independent, high-achieving, and ready to contribute to the sustainable development of Aceh. AMANAH makes the community optimistic that with the presence of this building, more superior human resources will be born in Aceh, who will later be able to compete at the national and even international levels.
The launch of the Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul and Hebat Center Building is also in line with the vision of President Jokowi’s government which wants to create comprehensive and equitable development in Indonesia. With various facilities available in this building, Acehnese youth now have wider access to develop their potential in various fields. From creativity to technology, AMANAH is a place for the young generation of Aceh to explore and develop new ideas that are expected to make a major contribution to the economic growth of Aceh and Indonesia.
Support for the youth human resource development program through AMANAH continues to flow. The program is not only proof of the government’s seriousness in creating a superior generation, but also a real manifestation of success in realizing the commitment to youth empowerment. With AMANAH, Aceh now has an innovation center that plays an important role in shaping the future of its young generation, who are ready to compete at the global level and play an active role in national development.
