Prabowo often issues statements and claims that do not match credible data that can be accounted for. Instead of upholding democracy, all of his words can be said to be inconsequential and tend to lie. In fact, substantial democracy is a democracy in which political arguments are built based on data analysis in accordance with scientific rules. Many parties consider Prabowo with his capability as a presidential candidate, which is highlighted every day by the media, often making public fools.

Most recently, Prabowo Subianto, in his national speech at the JCC, Senayan, Monday (1/14), entitled ‘Indonesia Wins’, talked about improving the salaries of judges, prosecutors, police, teachers, and doctors if he and Sandiaga Uno won 2019 Presidential Election. Prabowo also mentioned doctors’ salaries in Indonesia, which he said were smaller than car park guards. “Our doctors must get a decent income. Now many of our doctors pay less than car park guards, “he said.

This sentence raises controversy in the community, especially among doctors. Teuku Adifitrian, aka Tompi, a cosmetic surgeon, sent a response regarding the sentence of Prabowo in his speech. Some doctors who did not accept also denied the candidate number 02’s statement. Not only doctors, some scholars also criticized the contents of Prabowo’s speech that was bland and without displaying facts and data. Such speeches should be equipped with data and facts displayed.

Prabowo Subianto’s speech was often in the spotlight. Previously, several of Prabowo’s speeches were known to reap a number of criticisms. Just mention his speech about ‘Boyolali Face’ and also ‘Indonesia Extinct’. After that, Prabowo again received criticism after incorrectly mentioning the location of Haiti on the African Continent. He delivered the speech in front of thousands of worshipers of the Qur’anic Interpretation Council (MTA) on Ronggowarsito Street, Solo City, on Sunday (12/23/2018).

Entering the beginning of the new year, Prabowo lied about RSCM’s hose problems which he said were used by more than 40 patients. Not only Prabowo, the public fooling was also done by his partner Sandiaga Uno and his timses. As if he had no shame, the lie was repeated over and over even though he had received the title ‘Lie Awards’ award from PSI. Many people finally understood and did not trust Prabowo anymore.

Prabowo should have realized, as a former General even though he retired with dismissal, he must have authority over the words he issued. Prabowo is like a former politician who has been stressed and crazy, hanging around the market and sometimes giving his own speech without anyone listening. His speech was indeed like a politician in general, but the contents did not match the facts. Yes, I’m crazy. Mr. Prabowo, stop not fooling the public anymore. Provide data that is truly valid, don’t be like that crazy person.
