Until September 2015, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Southeast Sulawesi (Sulawesi), has handled 24 cases of complaints related to financial services disputes banks and non banks of the rights and obligations between the financial services industry and its customers.

Staff Education and Consumer Protection Office of the FSA Sultra Achmad Zaelani say, basically the FSA has a duty to make arrangements and supervision of the activities of financial services in the banking sector, the sector of non-bank financial sector and capital markets, as well as the protection of consumer rights based on applicable legislation.

To minimize misunderstandings (asymmetric), the FSA along with banking institutions and financial services non-bank continues to make efforts to education and literacy of the community of users of banking services and non bank, in order to understand fully the content of an agreement concerning the rights and obligations of each parties. Especially about the risks arising from the existence of such agreements.
