The arrival of the leaders of the country clearly illustrates the widespread support of the international community for the results of the 2019 Presidential Election in Indonesia, and of course they also considered that the political celebration was in accordance with democratic rules, so they recognized the results of the Indonesian people’s choice of Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin to lead Indonesia in the 2019-2024 period.

Considering the arrival of delegates from various countries who will stay at several hotels in Jakarta, it is appropriate that as a good host, the Indonesian government will welcome them warmly and full of brotherhood, so that their arrival schedule and daily activities will be escorted by the authorities Indonesia, because of terror attacks, security disturbances even if they are affected by traffic jams, it will obviously be a disgrace for Indonesia. Therefore, the Indonesian people must be aware that security forces tighten the security situation. It will be better if the Indonesian people are also enthusiastic about welcoming guests from the international community.

Basically, there are no disturbances and threats that can undermine the procession of Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin’s inauguration and oath taking, moreover public support for this 5-year-long grand event is increasingly widespread, seen from various events and activities carried out by many elements of the community in several areas, such as in Mamuju Regency, West Sulawesi, where religious leaders, traditional leaders and mass media held a friendly gathering and press conference with the theme “Refusing Anarchist Demonstrations, Refusing Radicalism and Terrorism Actions and Supporting the Inauguration of a Conducive President and Vice President “.

Meanwhile, in Tanah Bambu Regency, South Kalimantan a joint declaration was also held to support the smooth inauguration of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, where the event was attended by religious leaders, traditional leaders, community leaders and student organizations and various other elements.

On the occasion, several informants gave positive advice to the community, which in essence reminded the public that followers of radicalism do not want to blend in with social life, and tend to use violent ways of acting. Therefore, the community should not be deceived by the camouflage of certain groups that carry out activities that touch the heart, but have a great mission to spread radicalism.

The Indonesian people need to be aware that the main problems that must be resolved include threats to the state’s authority, weakening the joints of the national economy, and intolerance and crisis of the nation’s personality. Threats in the field of ideology include communist ideology, radical right (the religious field), and other radicals. Then threats in politics are corruption, law enforcement, identity politics, potential for simultaneous local elections, and 2019 presidential and legislative elections simultaneously. Then threats in the economic field include obstacles in dealing with the global economy, then economic inequality, then economic control by global powers, and economic sovereignty. Then the threats in the socio-cultural field include LGBT, the fading of cultural values, and tolerance. While threats in the field of law include terrorism, SARA conflicts, separatism, and disputes over national borders.

Based on data from the Ministry of Home Affairs Directorate General of Politics and Government, 18% of the public did not know the title of the national anthem, 24% of the people did not memorize the Pancasila principles, and 53% of the people did not memorize the national anthem lyrics. This indicates the need to increase the sense of nationalism.

While the Head of BIN General Pol Purn Prof. DR. Budi Gunawan once mentioned an increase in religious conservative understanding, and the campus had become a target of radicals to mobilize new terrorist candidates. There are 15 provinces which are the focus of the radicalism movement.

Based on the survey of Alvara Reseach Center and Mata Air Foundation, as many as 23.4% of students agreed with the jihad for the establishment of the Khilafah, then 18.1% of private employees stated that they did not agree with the ideology of Pancasila, then 23.3% of high school students agreed with jihad for the establishment of the state Islam or the Khilafah, then 19.4% of civil servants said they did not agree with the ideology of Pancasila, and 9.1% of BUMN employees said they did not agree with the Ideology of Pancasila.

The inauguration of the President and Vice President is the implementation of the Constitution, which must be implemented because it has the role of avoiding the vacuum of government, disruption of state security, and avoiding greater conflicts of interest.

If this inauguration fails, it will be very dangerous for the unity and integrity of the nation. Therefore the community also needs to participate in maintaining a conducive situation, such as by examining the news carefully, not spreading false news or hoaxes, being careful in using social media, and not commenting on negative and very sensitive news.

Moreover, this political ceremonial event was attended by leaders of various countries who came to Indonesia directly, including through the reporting of national, local and international mass media, so that public support and participation for the smooth launching and oath taking of the Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin as Indonesia’s new leaders is a necessity.
