It should be if there is a dispute, just finish it at the Constitutional Court, not even bring their own selfishness, because only they are not ready to lose or just want to win.
There was no attempt to resolve all forms of disputes over the results of the vote count, constitutionally, as stipulated by the Election Law, faction 02 which had the early Declaration of its President as the Winner of the Presidential Election, while the KPU had not announced the results. Just like the elections in Congo, too, so people are made confused. This situation will cause friction in the community if it is not quickly suppressed. If only each party respected the applicable rules and laws, this dispute could be resolved at the Constitutional Court. Because the regulatory mechanism that applies in the Election Law is indeed like that. But it seems that faction 02 does not want to follow the constitutional mechanism, just because it feels cheated. Should there be fraud, it must be proven jointly, not only on the statement of one party, and vice versa, the truth must also be acknowledged by both parties, not just one party but the mechanism must still be constitutional rather than slander and provocative unconstitutional.
If the leaders of the 02 strongholds themselves cannot respect the rules, how can their supporters be orderly towards the rules. In the future in the implementation of our country, it will be difficult to discipline the community to obey the rules, because the leaders themselves do not set a good example. Jokowi had sent his envoy to meet Prabowo, but it didn’t seem to work. While the FPI High Priest, Rizieq Shihab, appealed to the Prabowo-Sandi camp, not to make certain deals with the Jokowi-Ma’ruf camp. It seems that there are indeed parties who want chaos due to the implementation of the 2019 Election. Elections are only used as an entrance to create riots. With the mass riots, they will enter to add to the chaos.
This is what the security apparatus must anticipate, as our society does not need to be provoked to fight, if we do it, only what happens is our own loss. Those who want the opportunity will applaud. Let us reject the efforts to delegate the 2019 Election to both the hearers and the official results.
