The development of IKN (National Capital City) continues because it will meet the government’s target, which is mid-2024. This project continues to be accelerated until Indonesia has a capital city to be proud of because of its progress and modernity.
The nation’s capital city of the archipelago is still under construction and is a mega project whose results the Indonesian people covet. The target is that on August 17 2024, the Indonesian independence ceremony will be held in front of the new IKN Presidential Palace. Therefore, the construction continues to be accelerated so that it is on time.
One of the buildings built at IKN is a tower for ASN (State Civil Apparatus) housing. The Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono said the housing for ASN (State Civil Apparatus) at IKN Nusantara will be completed in 2024. There are a total of 47 residential towers. Construction will begin in the first half of 2023.
Basuki continued, the 47 towers were built using the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). The budget that will be allocated for the construction of the project is IDR 9.4 trillion.
For information, it is planned that there will be 47 towers that will be built using the state budget. Apart from ASN, the apartment is also for the TNI and Polri. But housing for ASNs in IKN will not only be in the form of apartments, later ASN residences will also be in the form of landed houses.
The towers will be the home for ASN, TNI and Polri. It has been decided that 47 towers will soon be built for 11,000 civil servants and 5,000 members of the TNI and Polri.
The plan is for the 47 towers to consist of 31 towers for ASN at West Residence, 9 towers for Paspampres, 4 towers for Polri, and 3 towers for BIN. The construction of towers for ASN housing, members of the Police and the TNI is prioritized because they will be the initial stages of IKN residents. As servants of the state, it is very natural for them to receive facilities in the form of apartments or houses.
ASN and other state servants need not worry because various facilities and school buildings will also be built at IKN. IKN will not lose to DKI Jakarta or other cities, because it is equipped with very adequate infrastructure.
School buildings are available at IKN, including international schools. Among them are Multimedia Nusantara University and Jakarta International School. Then, there are also private research institutes, housing, National Hospitals, etc. One of the hospitals interested in IKN is Hermina Hospital.
ASNs can send their children to good quality schools. They also enjoy modern city amenities such as electric vehicles. Thanks to the help of investors, IKN has become a sophisticated place.
The development of IKN was realized thanks to the cooperation between the government and investors. Head of the National Planning and Development Agency (Bappenas) Suharso Monoarfa stated that many investors wanted to join the IKN development project. Therefore, the master plan will continue to be perfected.
In a sense, IKN will encourage increased investment in Indonesia. The city isn’t finished yet but the investors are already lining up to take part in its construction. IKN is the future of Indonesia and a dream city, which is modern and all digital. It is very natural for investors to want to enter the IKN project because it is guaranteed to be profitable.
Investors are very interested in investing because Borneo has a lot of potential, from natural resources, minerals, to human resources. This potential will be processed and become superior. A native son of Borneo also joins in and is proud because the more investors, the more employees, and can reduce the unemployment rate there.
In building IKN, they cooperate with the government and help create a sophisticated and dynamic capital city. Even though IKN has not been officially established and is in the early stages of development, investors believe that Indonesia’s future lies in Borneo, especially Penajam Paser Utara.
Investors will want to invest in IKN because Kalimantan is equipped with infrastructure and that is indeed their requirement before investing. Since a few years ago, the government has been promoting national strategic projects, not only in Java but throughout Indonesia. If there is infrastructure in Kalimantan, it will be more convincing for investors.
Thanks to cooperation with investors, IKN will be present as a modern, sophisticated national capital, and its people use electric vehicles. IKN is a city that is high technology but still green because the government wants no forest cutting for its development.
The construction of the IKN continues and the people are waiting happily, what will it look like? IKN will be a beautiful and green sophisticated city. The capital city of Indonesia is very unique because the concept is in the middle of a forest, and has modern towers and other buildings.
