INDONESIA GOVERNMENT AIMS TO BE MOST COFFE SUPPLIER IN THE WORLD

Indonesia Government through Ministry of Trade says able to replace Brazil as most coffee supplier in the world. To achieve that goal, official of Trade Ministry which led by Thomas Trikasih Lembong plans to boost coffee export to destination countries such as Italy and the United States.
Currently, Indonesia is fifth of rows of coffee-exporting countries in the world after Brazil, Vietnam, Colombia, and Germany. While in the past five years, the number of Indonesian coffee exports to Italy continues to increase approximately 10.14 percent.
In fact, throughout the period of January to June 2015 the realization of Indonesian coffee figure has touched the figure of US $ 69.64 million, an increase of 65.86 percent over its position in the same period last year of US $ 44.21 million.
