CIDISS. The murder case of one family in Bekasi in the background of revenge by the identified perpetrator turned out to be no other person but the nephew of the victim himself namely Haris simamora (HS), the investigator would still develop findings and information to ensure HS the sole perpetrator in the murder of one family in Bekasi or someone else helped him. HS Tega killed Tante’s life as a family, the four people were a family consisting of a husband and two children. The four people are Dikum Nainggolan (38), Maya Ambarita (37), Sarah Nainggolan (9), and Arya Nainggolan (7)
The Metro Jaya Regional Police revealed the motive for the murder of the family of Dikum Nainggolan because the suspect HS was often scolded. “(Motif) was often scolded,” said Metro Jaya Police Public Relations Chief, Police Commissioner Argo Yuwono, in Jakarta, Friday. Argo said investigators had designated HS as a suspect based on evidence found such as blood spots, cars, clothes, car keys, and cellular telephones. The evidence tool according to Argo is based on a crime scene that was scientifically developed by the Central Team of the National Police Headquarters Forensic Laboratory and the Inafis of the Metro Jaya Regional Police.
Argo revealed that the HS suspect killed one family using a crowbar. After killing the victim, the suspect threw the crowbar into the Kalimalang River and fled to Garut, West Java. He said, the police had difficulty finding evidence of crowbar because the flow of the Kalimalang River was quite heavy, but the police found other evidence to establish HS as a suspect like pants, blood spots, vehicles, cell phones, and cash.
This event was first discovered by a neighboring witness of the victim, after feeling an oddity in the victim’s house. In this case two cars belonging to the victim were lost, but they were found.
