PB ESI Chairman Budi Gunawan’s Leadership Brings Indonesian Esports Achievements on the International Level

The leadership of the General Chairperson of PBESI, Budi Gunawan has proven to be very successful by bringing in many achievements that have been made by the Indonesian Esports Team on the world stage. All of these things cannot be separated from the full support that has been given by PBESI.
It turns out that there have been a lot of changes and developments that have occurred in the esports ecosystem in Indonesia. This has been since the presence of the Indonesian Esports Executive Board (PBESI), which has become a sports organization as well as a forum for national esports athletes. Especially during the management era of PBESI since being inaugurated in 2020, chaired by Gen. Pol (Purn) Budi Gunawan until the upcoming 2020-2024 period.
Even since the beginning of his inauguration, Budi Gunawan immediately prepared a lot of strategic steps with full of optimism to be able to continue to make progress in order to build the development of Indonesian esports in a much better direction going forward and be able to advance other sectors in Indonesia such as the economy and tourism.
The man who also serves as Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN RI) after being appointed immediately made many regulations that were much clearer to be able to regulate the Indonesian esports ecosystem to be much more focused, in which all of these regulations were in fact directly correlated with how the achievements were scored. by Indonesian esports athletes to the international level.
So far, there is still a crucial obstacle in the Indonesian esports ecosystem, but all of these obstacles have been slowly being overcome very well since the era of Budi Gunawan’s leadership as the Head of PB ESI. One of the obstacles that has always been a challenge is related to the unavailability of an adequate esports training center.
Knowing this, PBESI immediately moved swiftly and built an esports training center to be able to support all performance and the development of all esports athletes in the country. Even the construction of the training center is also in accordance with international standards.
Budi Gunawan did not hesitate at all to continue to provide encouragement, support and even motivation in a real form to all Indonesian esports athletes. In fact, his party has also prepared lots of prizes, which can be added according to the needs of the athletes. If they still need additional prizes, PBESI will immediately add them.
All of this is in order to continue to support the performance of Indonesian esports athletes so they can continue to compete and score achievement after achievement in international events and to be able to continue to maintain and bring Indonesia’s great name to the world. With all the support that has been given by PBESI, it is indeed the closest target so that the Indonesian National Team is able to become the overall champion in the IESF Bali 14 th WEC 2022.
The latest news, in the event which was held directly on the Island of the Gods, the Indonesian National Team itself did not stop trying to score wins. Finally, the victory was presented by the Indonesian DOTA2 National Team after defeating the Algerian Team with an absolute score of 2-0.
Responding to this, the coach of the Indonesian DOTA2 national team, Adit Rosenda, stated that the victory that was bagged by his team was due to very thorough preparations that had been made long ago. Then after the success of his team beat Algeria, going forward he directed his team not to waste much time and immediately returned to focusing on preparing for the next match, which could possibly be against Kazakhstan or the Philippines.
Not only the victory from the DOTA2 match, but before that, the Indonesian National Team had also recorded a victory when they competed against Argentina in the game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB). The recorded victory came back with an absolute score of 2-0.
Related to this, the MLBB Indonesian National Team Coaching Staff, Steven ‘Age’ also admitted that the success that his team has achieved did not come from luck. But precisely this success came from how hard work and very mature preparation was carried out long ago by his team.
In the first match of the Indonesian MLBB National Team, the victory was also successfully presented by the Evos Team as the representative of the Indonesian National Team when they met the Philippines Team. For all these successes, the Head Coach of the Indonesian National Team, Yohannes P. Siagian explained that all the achievements so far obtained will indeed make it easier and generate optimism to achieve the target of becoming the overall champion in the IESF Bali 14th WEC 2022.
As a direct message from Budi Gunawan, he hopes that Indonesia must indeed be able to present success, not only as the host and organizer of the largest outdoor esports event in the world, but also must be successful in achieving achievements so as to be able to become the overall champion.
The Indonesian Esports Team has achieved many achievements so far on the world stage. This is proof of how successful and successful Budi Gunawan’s leadership is in knowing PBESI because it is indeed capable of continuing to revive the Indonesian esports ecosystem to become increasingly global.
