In this world, no one wants to contract the corona, because if they are sick, they can be cured and they could die. But unfortunately many are stubborn and violate health protocols, as well as sudden amnesia that is still a pandemic era. They insist on traveling and violating physical distancing, as well as attending crowd events.
Some people in Petamburan and Bogor, who had previously practiced stubbornness, now can only bite their fingers. They were tested positive for corona after being tested by health workers. Regret was useless, because the event they had attended had been going on for more than a week. They should have obeyed the rules and did not come to parties and lectures, because there was a physical distancing violation.
If someone is affected by corona, the government will bear the cost of treatment, provided that they have an active BPJS card. But what if they forget not to pay for it, or don’t have a private insurance policy at all? Corona treatment costs can reach nearly 100 million rupiah, because it requires hospitalization for 2 weeks.
When they regret the high cost, where is Rizieq? After being treated at a private hospital in Bogor, he quietly walked out the back door. Whether to go home or to another place. FPI members were also heavily guarded at his house, even in front of the gate. When an officer was about to spray disinfectant, it was prevented. How strange.
Rizieq should be responsible, because for his negligence and selfishness, many people have contracted the Covid-19 virus. He refused the swab test, even though it was included in the ODP. Even if only he was orderly, wanted to test and quarantine independently, and came quietly so he was not welcomed, there would be no corona transmission. Because he could be the carrier of the virus when he returned from abroad.
Rizieq has also been reminded that mass gatherings could cause a new corona cluster, but he did not try to disperse the hundreds of supporters who welcomed him at Soekarno-Hatta airport. The man, known for his controversial lectures, even invited 10,000 people to the wedding of his daughter, Syarifah Najwa.
If Rizieq is unable to pay for the medical expenses of his congregation, at least he has the courage to appear in public and apologize to everyone. Because it has caused a stir and gave rise to a new corona cluster. Don’t just hide and be unmanly. Where is the courage he has been showing off so far?
Rizieq also had to fulfill the police’s summons, because he deliberately made a crowd event. Although he admitted that he had paid a progressive fine of 50 million rupiah, he was also charged with the quarantine article. Because they are adamant about not wanting to be isolated independently, and even on safari lectures in many places.
If the habib is hiding and doesn’t want to be responsible, the public will bully him even more. Because he is considered cowardly and likes to run away from problems. Don’t take cover behind the word sick. If he is really sick, even has the corona virus as has been rumored, why be embarrassed to admit it and show the results of the swab test?
Habib Rizieq is a public figure, so he should have set a good example, to his congregation and to other parties. Don’t even run away from police calls and pretend to be sick, and disappear from the pursuit of the media crew. Accountability is highly anticipated.
