Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – Recently, a photograph depicting ex burn and then a lot of seed planted of palm oil. The photo was uploaded in a Twitter account belonging to a spokesman for the National Agency (Spokesman) disaster mitigation (BNPB), Sutopo Purwo Nugroho.
Nyaru Menteng district located in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan (Kalteng). But the location is very close to the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOS) Nyaru Menteng. On kilometre (KM) 25-26 Road Tjilik Riwut, Nyaru Menteng district, Sub-district, Kelurahan Lahai Falling Rock.
They found a number of burnt land which has now been planted with Palm oil. Even the extent of about 20 Hectares.
