Vehicle with license Plate Non KH emblazoned Plantation and Mining Company in Central Kalimantan

Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS –  The official license plate of Central Kalimantan for vehicle is “KH”. Keep pace with arising company of plantation and mining in Central Kalimantan, it is not balancing with income to Central Kalimantan from tax of vehicle. It is because many companies of plantation and mining in Central Kalimantan do not use license plate of KH or they use license plate Non KH.

In fact, we can see every day, many cars crossed in way of Central Kalimantan province do not use license plate KH. It made regency of Gunung Mas, Arthon Dohong made reaction. Like quote in Borneo News, Tuesday (7/7/2015), Arthon Dohong asked seriously to government of Central Kalimantan about the case.

“In vehicle belong to palm oil plantation company do not use license plate of official Central Kalimantan. We take permission, to take serious action to the case,” said Arthon Dohong while meeting with Governor of Central Kalimantan, Agustin Teras Narang.

Arthon assume, the vehicle which license plate non-KH, it doesn’t give contribution to Regional Source Income of Central Kalimantan also Gunung Mas. Meanwhile, they use BBM stock of central Kalimantan and cross in way which built by government of Central Kalimantan.

“If they do not give contribution, be better to forbid it. We will take serious action,” said Arthon.

Talk about the case, Governor of Central Kalimantan, Agustin Teras Narang said that all vehicle of plantation and mining obligate using license plate KH. Then government forbid of vehicle with Non KH cross in Central Kalimantan.

“Regional government can call company who broke the rule and then take serious action,” said Teras. (*)
