CIDISS – Recently, The Minister of Finance showed the data about debt of Indonesian Government for period July 2016. The debt has reach IDR 3.359 trillions. The source of debt, amount of IDR 739.9 trillion is from loan.
According to data from Directorate General Management of defrayal and risk in Finance Minister, Wednesday (31/8/2016), the loan which is conducted by government dominated loan foreign. Foreign loan has reached IDR 726.8 trillions. Moreover, domestic load is only IDR 4.6 trillions.
In bilateral loan, Japan, France and German are the highest creditors for Indonesia. In multilateral loan, the highest loan is from World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
On period of July 2016, the debt of Indonesian Government to Japan has reached IDR 223.06 trillions, France has reached IDR 24 trillions, and German has reached IDR 19.64 trillions. Moreover, the debt of Indonesian Government to World Bank per July 2016 has reached IDR 218 trillions, ADB has reached IDR 114.4 Trillions, and IDB has reached IDR 8.75 trillions.
