The U.S will held a congress in Capiyol Hill next week in order to make a decision whether they accept or reject reject sanctions relief in an Iran nuclear deal. President Barack Obama’s deputy national security advisor, Ben Rhodes, said that U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will brief the Congress and underline that this negotiating period with Iran is a sensitive time.

“The fact of the matter is next week we will have the ability to brief Congress on the framework. We will have the ability to explain why certain actions by Congress in this very sensitive negotiating period would be counterproductive to getting the deal done,” Rhodes said.

In this sensitive time, U.S doesn’t put aside any military options in the current framework deal for Iran. U.S. Defense Secretary Ashton Carter says, “We have the capability to shut down, set back and destroy the Iranian nuclear program, and I believe the Iranians know that and understand that.”

Eventhough, the negotiation will be hard and complicated because of their history of friction, but head of the Organization for Economic Reconstruction and National Reconciliation in Iran, Mehrdad Khonsari, said that the framework is Iran’s chance to enhance its position in the world. “Whatever has been agreed to in Lausanne can provide a framework and a catalyst for Iran to try to address these issues, to move in the direction of confidence-building, in order to try to enhance its own position,” he said.

Reported before, that U.S and Iran have their on version how the agreement should be. Iran said that it will not sign the agreement unless all economic sanctions are lifted at once on the very first day, but U.S said that there are some step to be completed before the sanction lifted.

Some analysts said if the nuclear deal between Iran and the West failed in the next coming week, further dialogue will be harder in the future.
