CIDISS – Government issued law number 6/2014 about village. Based on the law, at least there are 5 strategic issues. The five issues are village development, financial, asset, village-owned enterprises (BUMD) and development of the region.
By the law Number 6/2014 about village, it will be a challenge for the Government of the village, for the opportunity to realize a prosperous village is wider.
It is said by the head of Department of social empowerment of Communities and villages (DSPMD) Barito Selatan, Supriadi.
Supriadi explains, in the law about village, its placing village to have its own autonomy based on the principle of subsidiary and recognition.
“The law of regions’ autonomous aims to let more equitable development for the creation of prosperity of communities across Indonesia,” said Supriadi.
He said the law about village has a challenge with a sizable budget and authorized to use the budget in realize the village and a prosperous society.
“Because the law (Act) about village has set up 10 percent of the budget revenue and Expenditure of the State (NATIONAL BUDGET) is transmitted to the village and district,” he said.
In the Law has also arranged some of the sources of income of the village as the original revenue villages (PADes), funds for regional tax and levy results area of Regions/city.
