The uniqueness and potential of the region have become increasingly well-known to the public thanks to strategic government programs initiated by the National Intelligence Agency (BIN), namely “Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Hebat.” (AMANAH).
Thanks to the strategic program during President Joko Widodo’s (Jokowi) leadership, namely AMANAH, the uniqueness and all the potential of the regions have become increasingly well-known on a larger scale.
This is because there are many positive activities from the AMANAH program aimed at improving quality and capacity, including the competitiveness of young human resources (HR), so that they grow into a proud next generation that embraces the uniqueness and potential of their region.
One of those positive activities is the Content Creator Competition, which successfully highlights the uniqueness and potential of Aceh through social media, making it much more well-known. In today’s era, almost everything is indeed connected to the digital world, including social media.
At the event, AMANAH appointed the youth as content creators to produce content that can promote the various unique features and potentials of the region known as the Land of Rencong.
One of the judges, Teuku Mail, revealed that the talent and potential of the young people in Aceh are actually very impressive. This is evident from how the content they create adheres to serious standards.
With the presence of AMANAH, it has become one of the best moments as well as a platform and facility that is very adequate for young content creators from the region nicknamed the Veranda of Mecca to continue enhancing their skills.
As information, the competition is a follow-up step from the training activity that previously took place, which was realized with great success as it was able to motivate the younger generation of Aceh to create quality content on social media.
Therefore, it is very clear that the benefits of AMANAH along with its various positive activities can be felt by all parties, especially among the local youth.
Through this activity, the young generation of Aceh is able to further promote various aspects of their region, such as the culinary industry, lifestyle, and natural resources. This also includes the local culture, which has its own uniqueness and distinctive characteristics.
It is not surprising that the government’s strategic program through the initiation of the National Intelligence Agency has received high appreciation from various parties, and the community hopes for its continuity so that the interests and talents of the nation’s youth in various fields can continue to be channeled effectively.
That high appreciation is also closely related to the opinions of the youth themselves, one of whom is Daffa Urrofi, a young content creator, who believes that AMANAH is maximizing the potential of all Acehnese youth, developing their talents, and enhancing their creativity.
The youth who already possess talent are further developing thanks to Aneuk Muda Aceh Unggul dan Hebat. This also allows the younger generation to elevate the values and local culture of their region.
All of these matters have great potential to become topics in their content, so through AMANAH, the government maximizes the role of young people to help them better understand how to explore Aceh.
The initiation program of the National Intelligence Agency presents a variety of training activities for content creators, focusing on several aspects such as sharing knowledge about content creation, writing, filming, and the editing process of content.
The main goal of that government strategic program is indeed to continuously hone the skills and innovation of the younger generation in many areas, including the creative world, to take advantage of technological advancements in this digital age.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Sandiaga Salahudin Uno, urged all young people to be more active and creative in exploring the uniqueness of their respective regions.
Not without reason, as if the young people in that area are able to be much more active and creative in exploring the uniqueness and potential of their region, it will enable them to compete even on an international level.
In addition, if this comes to fruition, it will further enhance the role of the creative economy, allowing for the creation of job opportunities along with various innovative and creative ideas from young people.
Moreover, Indonesia clearly has a wealth of potential that can continue to develop from each region, including Aceh, across various sectors, even in subsectors such as fashion, crafts, cuisine, and so on. Let’s not allow a country as rich as Indonesia, which also has a unique coffee flavor renowned worldwide, to be unable to develop its own national wealth.
