Choirul Fuadi, Central Kalimantan, CIDISS – Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Palangka Raya reported the number of Street Vendors (Pedagang Kreatif Lapangan/PKL) in Palangka Raya, and They got surprised fact.
According to data, there are about 2000 Street Vendors in Palangka Raya. But, they very sure, there are more number of street vendors outside which their data. It because there are several street vendors come and goes.
“There are 2000 street vendors in Palangka Raya,” said chief of Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Palangka Raya Baru I Sangkai, like quote in Kalteng Pos, Monday (12/10/2015).
Chief of Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Palangka Raya Baru I Sangkai, also said that they continue record the number of street vendors, Manage, monitor and kept in order all street vendors based on rules, and they hope all streets vendor realize not sell and purchasing in forbidden area.
“Government of Palangka Raya has plan to relocate the street vendors to Ending of Yos Sudarso street,”
Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Palangka Raya will never stop to monitor street vendors. The regulation has purpose to increase the prosperous of street vendors. They hope next 2016; Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Palangka Raya can record all the number of street vendors. (*)
