AMANAH Supports Improvement of Aceh’s Economy Through Young People
Aceh – The Aneuk Muda Aceh Excellent and Great (AMANAH) program is a catalyst for the birth of new businesses in Aceh with a local product development strategy carried out by young Acehnese so that they become famous both at national and international levels.
The development of local Acehnese products is a very positive thing. Basically, Aceh has several products with quality that can compete with other national products.
A young entrepreneur from Aceh, Almer Hafis, said that Aceh, which is located at the tip of Sumatra, has never been exposed to cross-culture, so the culture in Aceh is very strong. Therefore, there is a need for intervention from the Central Government in terms of human resources to form entrepreneurial and independent spirits among Acehnese young people.
“The government sees that it is necessary to develop human resources in the regions, especially in the remote areas. We are at the tip of Sumatra and are not exposed to cross-culture, so Acehnese culture is very strong. “Well, we need positive intervention from the Central Government in terms of human resources to form entrepreneurial and independent spirits in our young people because the economy in this area is growing faster,” said Almer Hafis.
Almer also added that there are several inputs that can be improved for the development of the AMANAH program by increasing activities to several points in the Aceh area.
“Right now it’s pretty much on target, right? “I hope that perhaps it is necessary to form activities that are more spread out to other areas and also at several points in the province so that their reach can be wider and can accelerate the growth of the creative economy in Aceh,” added Almer.
Not only that, Almer Hafis also provided tips for young people who want to enter the business world so that their products can penetrate a wider market, namely by improving product quality and studying product distribution flows with coaches who are experts in their fields.
“The first is quality, the second is certification because that is one of the requirements to be able to enter a larger market. “Then friends also have to learn a lot about business, how to maintain products, maintain packaging, and learn marketing or distribution channels from coaches who are experienced and successful in developing their products,” he concluded.
